Very helpful, friendly staff. Quiet location away from the traffic of the centre, and lots of space outside and around the pool. Free use of bikes was very handy. A way to make a coffee first thing in the morning in the room would have been the cherry on the cake.

Very, very kind and helpful! Everything was very good. Perhaps the rooms are a little bit small.

Super beautiful and family friendly

The personnel was polite, cheerful and helpful My car got scratched on the parking of the hotel and since there are no any cameras on the parking we didn't find who that was and I didn't get any compensation.

Excellent stay in family-run place! Walter (one of the owners) was exceptionaly happy to serve us in all needs. Great service with drinks and snacks to the pool! His 'Hugo' drink was awesome! The pool was calm place to hang out and there was plenty of chairs available (no need to fight for those). The big (free-to-use) garden around the hotel was beautiful and surely a nice place to hang out with larger group. Good selection of breakfast products! Shower was small and the ventilation inside bathroom was bit noisy. Parking space is bit limited and sometime our car was almost trapped by other cars. Note that there's ~10min walk to the coastline, however this wasn't issue for us but for some it may be.

great location , family hotel surrounded by big , very good maintained garden , lot of space to relax , nice pool . Friendly helpfull staf . few minutes walk to Garda lake and center of the town , room are clean spacious , safe storage for bikes and parking for cars lack of fridge in rooms was only one disadvantage

Lovely staff, good location, big car parking

We can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had five lovely nights and would have loved to stayed longer but there wasn’t any vacant rooms left. It is the nicest family running the place. They are really sweet, helpful but most important relaxed. The hotel is close to restaurants, bike rentals and lake but at the same time situated in a quit place of town. It takes no more than five minutes to walk to the restaurants etc., but the hotel has ordinary bikes available (at no cost). The breakfast is (for the money) excellent. There are plenty parking space for your car. Garage for your bike. There is a huge and really cosy garden with nice pool and a olive grove. Only downside is that the rooms are noisy. They are however renovating the rooms little by little, which will hopefully rectify the problem. If possible go for the garden view.

The owners are so helpful and friendly. Rooms have plently of space and views are epic all around. I would highly recommend as a base for cycling.

Great garden and really quiet place in Lake Garda. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice mountain view to every direction. Rooms and equipment is quite old, which is fine!
