Excellent hotel. Location is great, it is in the center and still quiet. There is parking spot. The room is very clean, comfortable, easy to see that they care about environment. The staff is nice and helpful, the breakfast is great! It would be great if there were cartoon slippers in the room.

The air conditioner is not working. It's some kind of a green system (see photos) but it doesn't cool down the room. I was in June , the first week but it was already too hot in the room. I would avoid the hotel during summer. They don't have fans...

The breakfast was good. Booked over 2 months before arrival & asked for a high floor with a balcony. On arrival was given ground floor. Every other hotel i have stayed in can give a simple request like that. The spa pool on the roof was closed at the end of April when the weather was fine. A hot spa pool should be open all year. The rooms are small & bathroom tiny. The hotel has been overrated by other guests. It looks good on booking.com and the photos make it look bigger than it is.

There was no fridge in the bedroom, and the front desk guy couldn't help us put our drink in a fridge to cool it. There was no vent in the windowless bathroom, which wasn't nice. Good breakfast, though.

Clean, comfortable and close to town. The walk on foot to reach the hotel was on a narrow single track road which at time has no walk way, it’s very quiet though, so not too bad, just a bit nervous in case a car came as some parts nowhere to stand back.

Great welcome, very well situated - bit off the main road, but everything can be reached walking. Parking situation is a bit tight as in most parts of Italy

The breakfast buffet is full of choices, many healthy ones and and it's possible to make your own juice. It's very cosy and small, feels very relaxed. The room size is fine and there are terraces to every room with plenty of room to dry towels and bathers. It's nice and clean with lovely bath products. The A/C is a bit too "green" and did not cool the room very well. Luckily the night breeze did the job. Also the owner has a bit of an attitude, which is kind of quirky, she seems unkind, but it's possible it's just a language barrier.
