Old, smoky, not super clean.

We had a fabulous corner room on the 5th floor. The onsen on the 9th floor is wonderful!

The pool was open even in November! Customer service was a little off.

This is a go to for staying in Nago to be close to Nago Port for the Nago Harii (Summer Dragon Boat race). This is my second time staying. The close proximity to the race venue was the driving point. While relatively clean there are some things that need to be updated at this hotel. The walls in the room and floors are dirty. Last year my room had an odd mildew smell and this year the walls in the rooms were stained and dirty. I noted the floors were as well. It might be time for the wallpaper to be refreshed along with the carpets. Some surface areas looked worn and torn adding to its age. I don't use the spa up top due to size and really it doesn't look the same as advertised. The staff is straight to the point and not overly warm but I get it since this is a place used by many foreigners.

Breakfast is not good as western breakfast, that got to improve. Parking space and extra payment (-: was also not nice but the staff helped and it was good.
-
It included a lot of amenities, but we were unable to use them all due to timing. The mold on the ceilings in the lobby and the walls in the rooms. The strong wet smell in the room as you entered.

I love this place, I always stay here during my visits to Nago! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Good stay as a base to explore further north. The town of Nago itself was not very appealing. Rooms are very big but a bit humid. Staff was very attentive.

It was a tight squeeze but four of us could fit in one room whereas many Japanese hotels make you get two rooms. It was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. They had extra pillows and memory foam pillows available in the hall you could take as needed. If you want something to do or good places to go eat, walk to Gushiken tacos or the little restaurant around the corner from it that has taco rice. And do Bingata Experience. The beds were hard as typical Japanese beds are. The corner room was small and not a lot of room to put our suitcases and us since they put a couch in the room too. The breakfast was strange even for Japanese and western standards, we all found something to eat but no fruit and just weird. Pool was small but ok to get wet. Onsen would have been nice but female onsen had foreigners with child in bathing suit playing so made it awkward and didn’t go. Wasn’t close to anything and town was really not nice. For the price we were expecting it to be more like a nicer resort feel, but it was not, we would have rather spent a bit more money for a resort somewhere else considering what we paid and what we got here.

The morning staff was great. They found my bag (with my walker and passport:/ and kept it safe). Very clean and comfortable room, nice onsen. The parking situation was frustrating, as there were no more free spaces and the parking/night staff over-charged me for parking, despite an email from the hotel, sent to me the previous day, stating the parking fee.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Very close to downtown for food and bars
-
The size of the room. No bottel of water in the room The breakfast was very poor. If something finishe at breakfast they don't bring new . They don't clean the room if you don't ask. No value for money.

We are on the way to Churami Aquarium and so stop over a night stay at Green Rich Nago. Surprisingly this hotel is at top notch service. They even have an artificial hot spring for guests located at top of the hotel. Highly recommended
