Thankful that the room space was still big enough to open 3 luggages. The hot bath could have longer extension timing...clean up during check out timing maybe? 10pm "close" is hard for us who are out whole day. Also..the parking is very confusing..so staff could have told us, if we wanted reserved parking with hotel, we have to pay in the day before leaving the hotel.. guiding us to the outdoor paid parking was confusing too because I didn't know about the payment and forgotten the discount coupon when I first exited. Hence I couldn't pay it..but thankfully they closed an eye and told us is ok.

Friendly staff. Room with comfy bed and even a washing machine..Room looks out to the Nago Harbor. Hotel has an onsite onsen. Great local breakfast. Easy parking opposite the hotel. Room a little cram for 4 adults, worse with luggage opened and no space to walk without bumping into each other.

The location is good, near main road and it is easy to find. The cleanliness of the hotel, room, restaurant & public hot bath are superb. Breakfast is nice too. The hotel parking per night is 600yen, they reserved the carpark lot throughout the stay (but after check-in) Only 2 bottles of drink water provided per stay not per day. No bath towel provided in the public hot bath, need bring it from your room, require to pay extra 200yen for a new/ dry bath towel.

The hotel near the place of firework. Staff are nice and helpful. It is great that the are free shaved ice in the entrance of hotel. Staff cannot speak English. There is no cleaning during my stay which is 3 nights long and I am not sure if it is clean before my stay since there are some place in the toilet are still dirty.
