Everything. We did 11 nights in italy from Rome to Chianti to Florence to Venice and then here. By far the best hotel and location of the entire trip. The mountains were even better than expected and the hotel is in a perfect location. Just far enough to feel like you can unplug from the busy town but still very walkable to everything. Don’t look elsewhere. The hotel is far better than the listing even shows! Nothing!

Loved the pool, the breakfast and the location! Also, Guglielmo was a very nice and very willing host. Outdated. The hotel needs a revamp, but it still worked very well for us.

I stayed here for 4nights and I wish I could stay longer. Absolutely stunning views of the lake from the balcony. The location is perfect, right across the dock where you can get boats to Riva, Limone, etc. There are nice shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are also very nice and friendly. Would love to stay here again in a future trip to Lake Garda ? The room was very basic, with old furnishing. The walls were bare...a few decors on the wall and improving the lighting in the room would be nice.

Clean and easy with a particularly cool balcony. Breakfast was a nice buffet. The room was quite small and the office was closed for checking in during afternoon hours.

The location is fantastic, we had an amazing view and the staff was very friendly. They cleaned the room and changed the towels every day and the guys at reception always greeted us with a smile and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was also pretty good, had a good variety and they made sure to refill everything quickly, great service! The furniture is not very modern but we didn't mind

Fantastic location, just a short walk from the lake and nearby restaurants. It's an ideal spot for motorcycle travelers, as they provide a small garage specifically for bikes. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Rooms were quite basic, and the beds were just okay. The breakfast was also simple, but considering the fantastic location, the price was an excellent deal.

I really liked the location of the hotel, right at the lake. As well, it offered a good breakfast. The hotel is outdated, it needs a lot of improvements.
