Very bad experience hotel staff n all

Staffs are friendly, The room size is good (Executive Premium Room) In-room dining was quick, Bathroom had dental kit, shower gel, towels etc. Bathroom was smelly, towels are dirty, heater was not working, AC water was dripping, Room floor and bathroom floors are damaged, Walls are damaged and breaking, Spider webs on the bathroom.

Location was easy to find and quiet place AC we overridden and temperature was not at comfort level as Nagpur is very hot during summer

Staff - The staff were very courteous and friendly. Especially the person that helped take up our bags to the room. Location - It is in an area that has a lot of mosquitos. Room size - Small rooms which makes it difficult to open suitcases.

Staff courteous Room is pretty small needing us to squeeze through small space to move in d room. Bathroom is pretty small n needs to be modified

nothing despite of informing that I would need a early check in they dint have a room available. not worth the price. expect no food and I myself dint have anything but other guests complained of stale food. hotel looks good but service is a huge issue. a towel took 20 mins. there was no hot water either. toiletries are inadequate & ome has to manage somehow. the ola driver did tell me on the way from airport that you would regret. never booking a treebo hotel hence forth

EXCELLENT STAFF, CLEAN ROOM, TOILETRIES WERE NOT PROVIDED UNTIL ASKED FOR, BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE

It was clean at reception Breakfast starts at 8:30 it's too late, AC was dripping ,the reception asked to pay additional tax if pay by card. Only one towel was given for family. Location is difficult to find

The room including washroom was neat & clean with comfortable bedding, mattress & pillows and the reception area was nice & impressive & worth staying. I like room and staff and break fast holl meeting holl is very good Hard of the city
