The only good thing about the hotel is it being in the hub of kokusai street. The room smelt so bad and was dusty and moldy. I can’t exaggerate how bad the smell was. The A/C unit was set on a weird automatic thing where it would just cut off after trying to cool down the room (the temperature was not right either). Therefore, it was insanely hot and humid in the room even after getting assistance from front desk which were kinda rude about it.

The room had a window for light, but it was completely frosted glass, so nothing to look at.

Good location - very convenience but, Roomsize is moderate, Hotel lobby is quite small compare to load of tour group in the morning. Staff is helpful except for some. Breakfast mostly in 3 nights is OK. Dont have any private carpark. No outside view in the room - should notify in booking condition - window with no view !!

Breakfast can be a zoo, with throngs waiting to get in, and crowded lines for the items. The AC control was in Japanese only , so I needed AI to translate it.

I booked 2 twin rooms for 3 of us but the hotel insisted the booking is only for altogether 2 adults. I ended up need to pay ¥4500 extra. I’m travelling with my mum and really cannot afford to spend time argue with them. It’s very unfair and I lost confidence with booking.com

Great location on Kokusai-dori street, easily find restaurants and attractions. Hotel near bus stop to Naha Airport. Clean room. 2 bookings for same type of room but first booking got a big room and second booking got a small room. The room that opposite of the elevator heard some noise from ppl waiting for the elevator. Other things are good.

No desk or table or chairs in room. No common areas where groups can hang out. Suggest to make 2nd-floor restaurant area available when it it not in use.
