There’s a bright blue light on the ceiling, I suppose is a smoke alarm or something, but it’s impossible to sleep with that brightness. There must be be a way to hide that horrible blue light. Also, there were very noisy Chinese people next door unfortunately, they kept shouting even after midnight.

Have stayed at this location several times. Great spot with walking distance to restaurants, shopping, convenient stores and laundromat. Staff is nice and the hotel is always clean. Parking available in their garage and the staff is great with bringing your car out in a timely manner. There’s a washer/dryer located on two floors. You have to fight for them but worth it being on property. There is also a laundromat located within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast downstairs is to die for and is a super selling point for me. Nothing. All was great!

Good location . Very close to shopping area. A bit noisy hallway due to some occupants leave doors open.

Location Sapkota fr Reception was very pleasant & was very willing to help me change my wet comforter due to my carelessness - spilled a bottle of water and it was after Housekeeping had left for the day. Nakasone & Uehara both worked hand in hand to book a private taxi for me (day trip) listening carefully to my requests. A very good experience with them. Nakamo was also very pleasant helping me the weighing of my luggage at Reception - always smiling!!! Very good team you have!!! Do give them a pat on their backs!!!! Check In Timing highly rigid

The hotel's prime location is convenient and safe for foreign tourists. The hotel staff at the check-in reception are poorly trained and not as professional as they need to be.

Location was convenient. Bedsheets cause me to feel itchy the first night. Better after asking housekeeping to change the sheets for the next night. Bath water pressure not strong.

The luggage forwarding service that's available everyday from 0800-1130. It's cash only but very convenient. The room for 3 persons was also much more spacious than expected, with space to open 3 medium-large luggages simultaneously. There's also a 7-11 directly connected to the hotel from 0700-2300. Finally, the taxi hailing service at the 24-hour front desk was super efficient as we needed 3 separate taxis and they all arrived at the same time. It's a little strange that the parking at the hotel is not subsidized, and the public parking lot right next to it is half the price, and has more lots available. I understand the hotel is very large and Japan is a relatively safe place, but the room cleaning service spanned over almost 5 hours with our room door completely open.
