Facilities are good and parking was a bonus. Staff were helpful. We got a noise complain from the bottom floor. I didnt think we were that noisy.

Great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and the bathroom was decently sized. Water pressure in the shower was good. The bathroom ventilation system didn’t work and we could see some black mold in a couple places. (Like in the wall seams). The ac in our room didn’t work very well.

The room had mold and dust in the aircon, and in the shower exhaust. There also appeared to be mold on the walls. I felt very sick from staying here didn’t want to run the aircon due to the mold and dust (it probably hasn’t been serviced since it was installed) and you cant even open a window would not recommend staying here unless you like a dirty hotel room.

Hotel should state down limited parking, we book for 2 nights, 2 nights also told us full. The room is dirty with dust.

The location of the hotel was great. It's close to a monorail station as well as the Naha Bus Terminal. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The offered selections varied from eggs & bacon to Okinawan pork. It was very delicious! Not applicable.

Great choice for breakfast. Good location - not far from airport and nice restaurants. The spa was not tattoo friendly.

I like the location. The facilities are not new but functional. We booked the same time with our friends (same date, same room type, 10 minutes difference, same level genius2), My friend got free breakfast, ours did not include it

The breakfast was superb with a lot of varieties. The location is very accessible We arrived there when the Spa was under rehabilitation but it wasn’t made known to us. The spa was one of our main attraction to the facility.

The location is convenient and the staff is very helpful. The laundry drying machine didn't work.
