The front is not always staffed. You either have to wait or call them on the phone.

Some of the staff at the restaurant seemed bothered when you went to order maybe caught them on a bad day

The location was quite good. The breakfast was authentic and delicious. We felt the cost was a bit high for the size and quality of furnishings in the room.

I like everything of the hotel; location, cleanest, staffs, quiet room. It’s perfect. I hope breakfast could be more fancy. I stayed for 5 nights and having the same set of breakfast is a bit boring. (You can have 2 options between Japanese and western style of breakfast set which they use good quality of the ingredients.)

Rooms were extremely small for two people but that’s understandable from a cultural view.

Good location, close to the main street, 7-eleven nearby, also monorail station not far away Nice room, good size of the room - not to small, well equipped, everything we needed was there I think we also had a good price breakfast could have been better, but maybe it was because of our choice... I didn't find the breakfast matching European needs, nor it wasn't very Japanese... I think this can be fixed by going in one or the other direction...

Hip design hotel with private restaurant and bar included with some rates. Rooms were beautifully designed. Small but nice bathroom. Very friendly restaurant staff (Japanese breakfast was good) and my rate included some drinks at the bar. Facility is spotless: a woman was wiping clean the sign letters

The bedroom was spacious and modern! They made the beds every day and we had unlimited complementary drinks at the bar. The western style breakfast was so disappointing. We had the same very greasy breakfast every morning, which was a pre-made plate of sausages, bacon, hash browns and omelette. After 5 days of this, I was longing for some fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. This would be such an easy fix and make the stay so much better. The Japanese breakfast was clearly superior. The employee working at the reception in the morning was quite rude and curt. Our toilet had an overwhelming urine smell that did not go away. No option for washing clothes...

They didn't have an inhouse laundry. You have to go to their other hotel down the road.

The room was clean but toilet smelled like urine. The wifi in the room was not great, it kept disconnecting.

The service is good, the location, the room layout was nice and very comfortable. There are just 2 options for breakfast and is difficult to have the same thing every morning.
