The hotel is very conveniently located for a tourist without a car -- it is within easy walking distance of the ferries to other islands, close to the airport, serviced by many bus routes and walking distance of the commuter train. People should set their expectations -- this isn't a Hilton or Marriott so you aren't getting a luxury room with a huge bathroom, nor do you have a hotel pool, etc. However I did stay at a Hilton for my first night on the island and gave it up stay here because being able to get to the tourist spots was far more important to me than a posh room to sleep in (and I only paid a third of the cost, as well!)

The staff were really helpful, not far from the center, and close to a beach where you can go walking. The breakfast was pretty poor, and also, they just had smoking rooms available, we thought we could manage it (we don’t smoke) and it was awful… (our mistake, don’t do it yourself). Even the supposed clean sheets smell like smoke. Close to the red light district.

The hotel is in a very convenient position, walking distance from the monorail and lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The restaurant also has an izakaya on the ground floor so that was very conveniente arriving late, bacuse I could have dinner without having to look for a place around. The room is very well equipped for work, with also a display with computer attachment. Thus is a personal preference, but I found the bed to be quite hard for my liking. Also I would have appreciated to have some more options for breakfast, such as black tea bags (green tea was available) and some bread would have been nice. But these are just details and overall there was plenty of good food.

I didn't like the blankets that were too warm, and without them it was too cold. Also the light in the hallway kept coming on from movement if you went to the toilet at night. Otherwise, everything was fine, the staff was caring.

For the money this is a great hotel, perfectly located, staff was great...and breakfast was more than enough with all the allergens mentioned (which is a rare thing for Japan)

The price is good. A loud noise. I don't know where the noise came from. I heard it all day. Lampblack smell！You can't open the Windows at noon and at night because of the smell of cooking fumes from the dining room downstairs.
