The bed was huge and super comfortable and shower was great It was a little crammed in room with no place to open luggage

Close to bus stop, rail station, tourists sites, port Rooms are cramped (but it’s Japan so we expected that); “free drink & snacks” ended at 6 and was not interesting-definitely not worth returning for if you are out. Wish there were more breakfast choices.

The staff was very friendly and the location was optimal. The bathroom and shower were great quality. The room was slightly small.

It was clean and the staff were pretty helpful. Good barrier free shower room. The room was a bit small. There was no desk to sit and write at. I thought the breakfast was a little expensive and pretty poor. I chose the omelette with sausage and egg. The omelette was covered in a tomato-based sauce which was completely unnecessary and the sausages and bacon were cold. The croissants were not fresh.

My friend and I loved staying at Cocktail Stay! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff clearly and kindly communicated everything we needed to know about our stay as well as how to get anything we might need. The food is tasty and high quality! I love that they did not skimp on making the food, the lobby, and other additional touches that make Guests feel welcomed and appreciated!

Very kind, professional, and efficient staff and clean + working facilities made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We also loved the breakfast and the quality of the coffee is very nice!!
