Clean and tidy. Just outside of the busy shopping district. Great restaurant easy parking.

The location is great! 5mins walk from Kokusai Walking Street and just 2 min way from the monorail station. The free daily booze and beverage is great too! Place is very clean and every level has a vending machine, ice, bathrobe, ironing board. Though the staff cannot communicate much in English but they are very helpful nonetheless. There are 2 convenience stores around, next to the hotel and the other opposite. There's a medium sized supermarket opposite the hotel too. Communication was a little difficult due to language barrier but the staff were very helpful. Cleaning of room is not daily.

The location was great, being right on the cusp of Kokusai Dori (国际通）, and right across the monorail station along the Yui line. Furnishings were new and nicely appointed. The free amenities like bath salts, pajamas were a nice touch. The breakfast line, though not extensive, was sufficiently varied, with a total of 6 main courses to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Would have been great if there were coin operated washers and dryers we could use at our own disposal, rather than a laundry counter. The bathroom was a little dated and felt like it was a prefab unit that was installed at one go.

The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of shopping areas and the sky train, making it easy to explore and travel around. Although the room is not very large, it doesn't feel cramped. The furniture and amenities are well-arranged, likely because the hotel was recently renovated. At night, free drinks are available at the hotel bar, but the options are somewhat limited. The breakfast options were quite limited, with only two choices available, and neither was very tasty. There was also a small bar offering light snacks and drinks, but overall, We wouldn’t recommend this hotel for those who enjoy a good breakfast experience.

The temperature of the room was very warm and we were unable to adjust it making it very difficult to sleep

The check in staff and the lobby are excellent. The welcome drink Orion beer are perfect with good service. The guest room floor corridor is hot during summer. The room aircon noise and not comfortable.

Room was renovated and looks new and clean. Location is good for walking out shopping and dining. Value for money is good. Soundproofing isn’t there so had to sleep with ear plugs. Car park isn’t free.

Nice clean rooms. Gives free beers which is a nice touch Staff at reception definitely needs customer service training. Probably the most appalling attitude that I’ve seen in any hotels I’ve ever stayed in. No smiles or courtesies like a simple thank you/please and interrupts you mid sentence.

This hotel has a lot of perks. They give you two cans of Orion beer in your refrigerator (plus 2 Orion Beer WATTA Sugar Free Shikuwasa cans) and then you also get a "Welcome Drink" in the lounge on the first floor. The beer is on draft and served cold. The Orion Beer Dining Hall is a very cool space. If you love Orion beer, this hotel is for you. The rooms were very clean and newly renovated. There is a Orion store on the first floor as well. They have a lot of good shirts and other merch. They also have a wine bar for people that may want to switch it up! Location was also very good. You are just a 5-10 minute walk from all the major restaurants/bars on Kokusai Street. It is important to mention that you can get your "Welcome Drink" as soon as you check in. It says the Orion Beer Dining Hall opens at 5:30 PM, but I believe that is more for the public (people not staying in the hotel). We thought you were only able to get your "Welcome Drink" at first but people were ordering all the other drinks on the menu. I was able to get a cocktail before opening hours. Also I wish that the Orion store sold glass Orion cups. I was hoping to purchase one but they did not have any.

The ac was not nearly cold enough. The bed was very uncomfortable with 2 small pillows.
