They dont let you eat in hotel room

Location, clean pool, kids amenities, free lounge, and very clean facitilies. I like how when I was lining up for check in, a staff already approached me to fill out the form, speeding up the process. It’s clear that that staff goes above and beyond to satisfy the guests. There is everything for everyone. It would have been more convenient if there was shower and toilet in or near the pool area.

Great location, friendly staff, lots of services and freebies and amenities. Probably better for families than business stay but I stayed alone this time and it was still great. Nothing in particular. Great value and services

The staff are extraordinary. One lady at the counter even went as far as writing down a hand drawn map of places she recommended. The free drinks and Okinawa ramen in the lounge every night was amazing too. I was blown away by the value. The walls can be a bit thin. I can hear other rooms pretty clearly. Some rooms also felt a bit moist, maybe cuz of the Okinawa rain season.

The hotel is in the city center, where you can find everything you need, such as shopping areas, restaurants, souvenirs, and more. Breakfast buffet is absolutely great! ? Because of our beautiful experience here, we are coming back again in Japan this coming August 2026! And hoping to come back again to your hotel. ?? - Family Viernes from Milan Italy What we didn’t like was that the guy waiter in the evening snack section that time (December 21 or 22,2025 if im not mistaken) kept telling us that he was closing. We knew it well. We just want to grab some drinks for our kids. Since there was no more ramen at 9 PM. ? It was only 9:15 PM, but he kept returning and saying he was closing. We were able to eat free ramen only once, thanks to the guy in the reception who came that night and after seeing us arriving he went and get more ramen and he also taught us how to prepare it, since the experience for us is first time. Thank you so much to that guy in the reception. We appreciate it. ??

This place was great.for kids! There is a play area in the lobby and they gave us some free diapers for the little one when we checked in. The upstairs seating area is open to relax in during the afternoon and evening, with free alcohol and snacks. The children enjoyed the stamp rally in the lobby and meeting the hotel mascot. Very fun!

Warm welcome, generous with amenities and loved the shampoo bar and also variety of extra pillows to choose from. My family and I were having a wonderful time enjoying our holiday in Okinawa with activities and also having a great time looking forward to going back to the hotel at the end of the day. My son loved Shi-sa-kun mascot so much that he couldn’t bear to leave him on the last night when he met him at the family lounge. If I were to nitpick, then I would say, maybe the arcade section downstairs could have more variety of games and include some kids ride games too!

The stuff was super friendly, especially to our toddler. Lots of amenities for family with small children, I.e. free diaper, family dinning time with free snack and drinks, small play area and many many type of body wash products The location is a bit far from the city center and parking can be tricky if your car is oversized for their parking lot

Super fun hotel specially if you have kids. We don’t have kids but enjoyed it anyway. Stamp rally, freebies and the sweets bar were really nice. And the variety of pillows and shampoos were amazing. Wish id stayed longer

Not speak English well . Booked 2room or bed but they just give 1 bed room and let us book other one and breakfast charge extra

They serve free beer and awamori Shochu in the lounge room at 12th floor. We enjoyed the nice view. None

the triple-bed room's sound proof is very poor. you can hear the noise from next door.

No room cleaning. This was a shock especially if you're staying with a baby. Need some room cleaning option

GREAT FOR KIDS. So many things for them. Free diapers and a full pack of wet wipes! A wonderful play area which my son refused to leave for awhile with sitting and drinks for the parents nearby. A candy house, toys. I only wished I could see the swimming pool. Breakfast was phenomenal, well arranged, delicious, excellent showcase of the local specialities. Staff was polite and informative. And they let you choose your own pillows and full size bottles of shampoos and amenities. Even at each level, there were cute and useful items like a nightlight for kids. This place is also about 5 min walk from the resturants and shops and 20mins away from the airport. AND at night there is free flow drinks, soft serve ice cream and snacks at the top level. Excellent. I only wished I could have stayed a little longer nothing actually
