The breakfast … almost no vegetarian/vegan options I’ve never never seen that before… even on the potatoes & the pastas there are some pork. What shocked me is they don’t even precise when there’s pork on a meal… And no vegan milk options. I paid for breakfast and can’t eat at all…

Family room is spacious, the toilet and bath are separate which is good for hygiene purposes. Very good breakfast as well, located close to Kokusai street. Car parking closes at 10pm, so you need to be back at the hotel before 10pm if you wanted to park your car.

I ? got cold because in room unfortunately no heater ( aircon only work —> cold,dry,fan) And in room there are information ( call ? to front desk) And restaurant ( need to write ✍️ or put images) Room wear clothes & even room sleeper are not allowed . I did mistake 2 times up and down. Little angry to staff.

The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were great size and very clean! We tried to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, which said it seat 80 people, but when we went up to get a table the whole restaurant was already reserved. We then had to walk around the hotel to find a dinner location.

Wonderful room. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. The pool was a plus. Nothing to complain about.

Rooms were big and the shower was perfect! Everything was a hassle. Way to expensive for what you got. Location was okey but not good.

Great food! Great location accessible by public transportation, close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance from Tomari Port. Clean facilities, super breakfast and a special regards for the reception team which were always available to clarify doubts or add some hints for us.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly. The food was great! And delicious and rich! The pool was awesome. Everything was great. It was a great experience to stay. Our timing was perfect. We were able to use the pool. Took photos, the bbq at the Masan restaurant was amazing! Staff are amazing,the service was excellent. Nothing

Very well located, walking distance to the main shopping street. Very nice breakfast, with lots to choose from. Car parking staff is very kind! The room size was quite small.

Close to Monorail, Kokesai dori, Pool, Breakfast. Service Bed very very firm

The location was also great. We didn't like that we had to pay to use the swimming pool.
