Need to take one elevator from ground to 2nd floor front desk, then take another elevator from front desk to room floors.

We ordered the basic buffet breakfast. it was fine (see photo). the restaurant was clean but a bit old. The front desk staff didn't really do anything and were rarely there. When we called for information about the hotel parking, the person didn't seem to be able to speak Japanese very well (not sure about her English). Parking here is complicated. I recommend using any reasonalbe parking nearby. We used one just 1 minute from the hotel for half the price (spaces are for smaller cars or K cars). The location was amazing. Walk left out the door for 5 minutes and you have Kokusai Dori, walk right 5 minutes and you have a bunch of restaurants and bars for the locals. also, just a minute walk from the monorail. 2 hour walk from Shuri Castle, but i recommend walking back, as it's downhill. Check in and check out was done on a monitor. no help from the staff. while it was efficient, there was no human connection. this can be either good or bad, i guess. Looking at the website photos, I had expected a more luxurious hotel. However it was more like a business hotel plus a little more.

Staff was helpful. It was very nice that we were offered a drink/ice cream for forgoing cleaning services for just clean towels. When cleaning was done it was very good. There was a certain unpleasant smell in the hallway. Perhaps mildew?

-location -3 supermarkets nearby -opposite of Sakae machi -bed -staff -maybe due to high occupancy, my request was not given. requested for room near elevator for my mother in wheelchair -we were in # 332 - end of the all way and WIFI was very weak

The location was amazing. We could take public transportation to various parts of the city including Shurijo Castle and downtown shopping.
