Thoughtful nice services hotel with extra daily different activities. This hotel go a long way to meet guest’s expectations and feel most comfortable during the stay. Common area could be crowded and loud sometimes.
-
The rooms were tight with the beds not much room to move around. Beds were not as deep.
-
The location was in walking distance to Makishi and Kokusai Dori, as well as other downtown places. The kids enjoyed all you can eat snacks and ramen. It not spacious and sleek.

Honestly, I did not expect much, but the hotel was clean, as were the rooms. Rooms in general for Japanese standards I would say 'spacious' enough, obviously tight and I wouldn't arrive there with 3 large suitcases, but generally you can make it work. Staff was friendly and all the extras provided such as drinks, popcorn etc. were great. Honestly nothing, we wer lucky that we got praking on-site for our cars. Now I can see that since there is limited availability this might lead to frustration for some.

Nothing Too loud every one was Chinese and couldn’t communicate they have kids running around with no manners screaming

Clean and comfortable, good breakfast n supper

The free flow of beverages and food for the hotel guests every night. They also have little traditional and cultural activities offered everyday, like sushi making. The bathroom was small but clean and had a enclosed shower with high pressure. Amenities and bottled water are refreshed everyday. The room is too small for guests staying for more than 5 days. There is no proper space to hang our clothing. We have to walk over our luggages to get to our beds. The shared dining area is constantly packed and full when there was free food offered, which is difficult for guests that arrive later - there is not enough space to accommodate all guests during peak times. Parking space is available but it is limited and expensive.

Location is super , all you can drink ( bear , wine , …. ) ice cream , late evening snack , hot spring . Too crowded .
-
Free drinks all day in a lounge Many in-house activities offered by the hotel

We were welcomed like royalty. The breakfast was very good. Personal hotspring pool was delightful! Traditional room really gave us a chance to experience the more traditional side of Japanese culture. It was an awesome experience!

Amazing amount of amenities, great breakfast buffet options, free drinks all day, evening ramen noodles, local craft themed events every day, etc. Onsen pool was an attractive option as well. Hotel staff were attentive and the busy cafeteria floor was always clean. It’s very family friendly- we don’t have kids but could tell it caters well to extended families. Location is very convenient from the monorail and Kokusai Dori/Street. We booked 2 separate bookings (for 2 ppl each room) Wanted 2 double rooms but there was only a triple room left for the second booking. The triple room was much more expensive as the same room as the double (2x twin beds) but with a collapsible 3rd bed..! So it’s not any bigger- just crammed with a 3rd bed.. we checked out early but were surprised to find out that the hotel would have charged for late check out..! And ¥1000 for any replacement for à lost card key!! In most US/european hotels they give you free late checkouts (based on availability) and won’t charge extra to issue new room card keys..’

This hotel was beautiful with wonderful amenities. The hot springs were excellent and the food and drink provided each day were superb. Just be sure to call ahead to reserve a spot in the hotel parking garage as space is a bit limited. They offered different activities each day that were enjoyable for the family. The hotel is also nicely located with great views.
-
pool was small & closes very early right after the dinner, a lot of families gather downstairs for the free food therefore very noisy until 10pm, couldn't relax by the pool, people seem to get into the hot spring & the pool without washing themselves first (no shower room before entering), the food buffet on the second floor is very small & often gets crowded

Great location Too busy and pokey small rooms. No room service.
-
Great location, close to main road. Breakfast is a buffet and had a nice selection of food, both Japanese and American. Heated toilet was wonderful! lol Rooms were much smaller then I thought they would be.
-
2nd floor amenities, such as drinks, pool, and hot tub were great! Rooms were very clean and location was amazing. Some guests were a little loud. Rooms are quite small compared to US standards, but worked out fine.

Hinode hotel is an excellent place to stay! The location is as good as you can get in Naha with so much to door right at the doorstep. The staff were always polite and happy to help, the rooms were cleaned every day, the facilities like pool and spa were great and there are so many free inclusions like washing machines for you laundry, nightly meals, daily activities and an awesome beverage selection available almost all day. If you read this far please also check out Resort Bar Rise just around the corner! I have no complaints at all.
