Cleanliness, larger refrigerator and freezer than most hotel rooms No towel racks , only two hangers available, have stove but no pots/plans/utensils provided. In-room washer but no dryer or clothesline. There is a community dryer but more expensive to operate than other hotels. Expects guests to dispose of own trash. Costs extra to get room cleaned.

We just wanted somewhere central,inexpensive and clean. It’s just that. Washing mashing in the room was very helpful. The staff really helped us and were so friendly. Small room , but very inexpensive

Good price, good location, has a mini kitchen and washing machine in the room which is very convenient. The bed and pillow is not so comfy. The wall plug is right above my head over the bed, so it makes a bit of a messy cables on bed as I have many devices to charge. The shower is a bit small.

It was advertised as having parking, but did not specify it was only for small cars. The staff also said the paid parking was a good deal if I left my car there long term. It was not.

Easy to reach from Makishi Station (Yui Rail from the airport) and close to Kokusaidoori, with many stores and restaurants. There is washing machine and microwave inside the room. Water pressure in the shower is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room does not have a wardrobe or anywhere else to store your clothes, it only provides two clothes hangers. There is a small kitchen but no cooking utensils. AC is somewhat loud. Clothes dryer is outside.

Location is perfect! Very close to so many restaurants and shopping areas. It's also very clean and the bed was comfy. Didn't really have anything else other than 2 hangers for my clothes. Nowhere to put them, the space was very limited. Not even a spot to hang the towels, which was very inconvenient. Someone near our room was smoking so the smell got into our room through ventilation. On Saturday night, prepare to have a sleepless night unless you wear earplugs. You'll listen to some karaoke.

A quiet central location just off bustling Kokusai street, 6 mins walk to Makishi monorail and the tourist information office. The room seemed poorly laid out, very narrow but with furniture jutting out. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom or even a drying rack for the balcony and no balcony seats at all. An annoying small blue light kept flashing all night.

The room is very clean, the toilet and bathroom are separated very well, the location is great, and the price/performance ratio is very good The bedroom is not big

Not much space for letting towels dry (no hangers) and the cushion was a bit uncomfortable (too firm). Everything else was good, especially the kind staff and the location!

Kitchen with burner, sink, microwave, refrigerator with real freezer. Washing machine. Coin dryer near elevator 100 Yen 15 min. Markets nearby hotel. Rybu building has everything including a huge specialty grocery market B1 floor. Five minute walk from monorail and Kokusaidori street which has famous fish market and many shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable. It had 2 nice places to sit with small table. Nice hot pressure shower with mirror. Ownership answers all comments both positive and negative ones.Room clean and modern. As other guests mentioned, confusion regarding kitchen utensils. We got an e-mail indicating equipment charge 1000 Yen for our visit. We we checked in we were told $1000. Yen per night. My husband calmly told him that wasn't what we were quoted. He said OK then. Balcony no chairs, but I kinda think very few hotels here have them and possibly only use deck to dry clothes. Few USB outlets.
