clean bed is too thin

Affordable, clean hot bath, clean comfy room, easy check in. There was no women’s toilet on my floor (3rd). There was renovations going on. There were bunch of plastic by my locker, which blocked the path (leak or some sort?)

Location was quite convenient The public bath was a nice to have Room is on the small size 2nd night there was a bad sewer smell in my room it was impossible to sleep. Talked to the staff about it but couldn't help It was difficult to exchange with the staff as they couldn't speak English

Confortable capsule with a small locker inside. Clear room and bathrooms. Towels and lockers are provided free of charge. The location is easily reachable from the monorail station in about 10 minutes walk.

The hotel was nice. The stuff was very helpful. The public bath was really great. I prefer more european breakfast in the morning

Washing machine was dirty, all my clothes came out with some kind of sticky plant stuck to my clothes. I alerted the staff who did not care and simply hoovered the mess off the floor. The same happened to someone else the next day.

Good place with cheap jacuzzi and nearby girl bars (lol!!). The hotel is close to bus stop and metro station. Very quite. Small room :(

Extremely well located, really nice facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. Public bath with a really nice sauna and cold bath as well. Very reasonable price. Nothing.

Close to the center I booked premium double room but it was much smaller than expected. No complimentary slippers were provided. Front desk isnt friendly.

Bed was very comfortable. En-suite a little small but standard for Japan and was clean. The hot spring was really nice and wish I had used it more than once. Although it would have helped if they told me the passcode changes daily. The bedroom could have been cleaner. There were stains on the walls that I assume is from humidity. The room can get quite hot. You could clearly hear people in the corridor when trying to sleep.
