The fact that the air conditioner was switched off every time we left the room. Summer is hot and it would’ve been nice to return to a cold room.

Location, the beach was across the street so swimming early morning among locals was a luxury and late afternoons watching wrestling, soccer and volleyball games on beach was fun. The occasional odour coming through shower room and toilet room, may have been septic system?

Very convenient for a one night stay. Infront of a nice beach, very kind staff, room was great for the value.

Staff was very nice and even carried our luggage up to our (4th floor walkup) room Staff was communicative through the booking app Ocean view Fairly large size room for Japan Accommodations were a little basic, but this was expected and still very good for the price Just be aware there is no elevator / it is not handicap-accessible

Don;t expect luxury but for the price it was good value. The hotel has total of 4 storeys and no elevator in the hotel. However the reception man was kind enough to carry our luggage up for us. Check in and check out was a smooth easy process. No housekeeping unless you pay extra but they will provide fresh change of towels everyday. Would be nice if the staff at least clears the garbage bin instead of guests having to put the garbage bag outside the room

The ocean view from this hotel is amazing! I could see the beach right from my window. The owner is very friendly and always responds quickly to any questions on Booking.com Chat. That night, my hairdryer didn’t work, and the owner replaced it for me the next morning. The bathroom is a bit old, and there’s no elevator, but that wasn’t a problem for me. The bed was soft and very comfortable—I slept so well! I also enjoyed a warm bath both nights. The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, so I could hear people on the stairs and in the nearby rooms when they came back at night.

Location is good for sightseeing in Naha, most of the things are accessible by walking/monorail/taxi. Hotel room is very spacious Bathroom is a bit old and ventilation not so good

You can‘t beat the central location with beach for morning swimming. Everything great. I can handle my baggage easily, but be aware no escalator

The location was perfect. Walking distance (30 seconds) to the beach and the view from the room was great. Where the hotel is located - because it was near the beach, couldn't catch a train there, although it only took 30min via bus and walking, with 2 kids it was interesting. It also did not have any elevators and we travelled with a pram so it became a nuisance. However we were there for only 3 nights and the staff were really helpful.
