The staff was very kind and the hotel was fairly close to the monorail so it was easy to access most of the city. The room was not clean at all. We found a cockroach on the first night. There was mold in the bathroom. The hotel provides washing machines and dryers but the fees were high and the dryer almost completely inefficient. There was almost no way to dry the clothes inside the room. The hotel ran out of big towels for one day, but gave us many little ones as a replacement.

The room is really big, comfortable. Shower and bathroom are spacious and practical.

Size of the room was good. Terrifying noisy neighbours! Banging and stomping the entire night!

The property overall was very clean and nice. I stayed on the 6th floor, which was fine, save for the restroom had a very strong and foul smell that seemed like a sewer issue.

The hotel is really close to the beach by walking and the room are very spacious and clean.
