Nothing All of us couldn’t sleep the whole night due to the heat. The owner didn’t respond when we asked him how to cool the room. No instructions in English at all.

The balcony was nice in the superior suite the room was dirty when we entered there were bottles under the couch from previous stays and the wifi did not work at all i had to call customer service and even then it didn’t get fixed.

The hotel room was a nice comfortable environment. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel and taxi service was rarely needed.

The whole atmosphere of the location. Definitely not recommended for families. No parking. And much MUCH smaller than the picture suggests.

Great location for young men who want to explore the night scene in Naha. Great value for the price! And a cute bar that can help start your night. Location for couples or prudes could be a problem as it is directly near a few "soapland" red light district areas with street marketers advertising their locations right down the street. Floor of the room was dirty, and the shower had a small streak of green slime growing around the corners. Not enough time to clean it? Checkout is 11am, check in is 3pm. There's only a few rooms in the building. Maybe it would be good to invest in better cleaning equipment or hire more staff? The virtual check in was very confusing, instead of email and calling, just send the door lock code via the booking messages or directly to the phone number/email info. I had the ADA room for people with mobility issues, the beds were on wheels that roll around, very uncomfortable. If you're trying to do anything in the bed other than lay completely still it WILL roll around, with no option to lock the wheels, not a good design especially for people that need help getting around, and need stability when moving seats. The quiet hours were a bit ridiculous as early as 10pm especially with all the noise in the town anyway. There was a very small limited option for room service as well, with only like 2 menu items available one being "taco rice" which if you're traveling to Okinawa should not be an option on your menu. The bar downstairs also closes super early, I think 10pm as well, super lame because I saw plenty of young people coming through the lobby wanting to check it out after it had closed it seems like the perfect place to keep open late, and the hotel should really partner with the staff there so hotel users can order items or drinks or have some kind of collaboration it really feels like a wasted opportunity.

Exactly how the website pictures looked. Extremely comfortable. Too comfortable, I didnt want to leave out of my room during my stay. Spacious bathroom and hot tub. A washer in unit was a plus. Owner didnt email me back. as for communication, I have to keep dialing the phone number posted at the site to try and get help with my check in.

Hotel was well equipped and clean. Easy automated check in/out. Comfortable rooms and good showers. Location isn’t great. Not much within walking distance. Surrounded by love hotels and my (male) friend was approached repeatedly when walking around solo.

It was a really nice hotel , I liked that it was walking distance to the mainline to get to aiport. There was a few local restaurants and alot of convenient stores next door as wel! Very close to main roads and buses. The hotel was really clean, self check-in and out. Price wise was very affordable. The location felt a little like a red-light district maybe if traveling with kids it's not very good.

The room was very nice, though the wifi (and thus the tv) were pretty bad. We also had a shortage of clean towels, and no place for all the trash we had. Showering with a big window with a curtain that didn’t close all the way was also a bit awkward.

Absolutely NO WHERE on the listing did it state it was in a RED LIGHT DISTRICT!!! Definitely NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILIES. Brothels "soaplands" are EVERYWHERE around there. There is also a restaurant/bar directly below which you have to walk through to get to the elevator. It was full of half drunk patrons when we got there. One night there was apparently an argument and some woman was screaming at 130 am and woke us up. MANAGEMENT for this property is RUDE and extremely unhelpful. Place stunk of sewage and smoke when we first got there. It was so late though so I waited until morning to let them know about the smell. No help other than to send me messages on how to get rid of the smell myself since there is NO STAFF other than cleaners on this property. Shady men stand in the streets to get business for the brothels.

The renovations that they did on the hotel was exceptional. I love the design of the room and the unique layout of the shower and room adjoined with the glass windows looking through the showers. Very safe and simple. Check-in and Check-out was surprisingly easy. Overall a great experience.

    Location Room facilities and cleanliness

  • Engine customer Jun 2024

I liked the hot tub on the balcony which was great to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The fact there was a washer/dryer in the unit made doing laundry very convenient. The unit was clean and had more than enough room for our family. There was a nice sized refrigerator in the room that made storing our leftovers with enough room. Self check in went smoothly with the tablet. It looked as though there was some sort of restaurant or bar lounge in the lobby but I never saw it open at all during our whole stay. The location is a little questionable for families because it is located in the red light district with strip clubs and massage parlors nearby. Although no one bothered it was a little sketchy to be walking around after dark. But if you’re without children then maybe it wouldn’t be an issue. One thing to note there were rules in the hotel binder that stated you couldn’t be on the balcony past 10pm or you will be charged. I understand for noise levels after a certain time but being on vacation we had long days so quietly unwinding on the balcony or hot tub doesn’t seem like it would be harmful. However, there were no staff at all on property so it made asking questions a little difficult.
