Good location Extra fees for basic amenities in addition to paying for your room. Overpriced for the quality, didn’t even have free towels which was inconvenient. Very narrow room
-
I liked the onsen very relaxing also the breakfast bar was great if you're not a picky eater like myself and I liked the fact that it had on site parking. I didn't like the beds nor pillows they were very hard to the point I had serious back pain
-
We got a room with a private onsen tub on our balcony and really enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was great and had lots of local Okinawa dishes to try.
-
The surrounding area is a red light district at night
-
The spa. Breakfast excellent Nothing

Friendly staff, welcome drinks, perfect location, room with onsen and the festive breakfast buffet. None

The location is fairly close-by to airport and national road. Easy to access. Parking is a big issue. There’s very limited space in the hotel and nearby during holidays and have to resolve to parking far away. The lack of water machine also hurts.

The big bath - unfortunately it rained all days during my stay there. So I had to run to the bath as soon as we got back to the hotel. It kept me warm and my daughter also loved it. I also enjoyed their breakfast buffet, it was very affordable as it’s free for 4 years old. While I don’t have any complaints about the hotel itself and found it very good value for the amount I paid, I was a bit upset about the surrounding area, which was technically a “red light district”. I wasn’t aware on the first day as I arrived late by their shuttle bus from the airport. On the next day, I went out for a stroll with my 4 year old daughter and found the building was surrounded by massage parlors… It was very uncomfortable to walk in the streets just have a quick bite for dinner… Taxi fees are not that high and I saw there are always many taxis downstairs. With kids, that’s the way to avoid any awkwardness…

I was really excited about the rooftop pool, however it rained while I was there so I couldn't use it, but I'm sure it's great on a good weather day! There were some free drinks in the lobby in the afternoon. I had the Sunday lunch (extra cost) which was nice. I booked a high floor with extra benefits of drinks by the pool, but could not use it due to the rain which felt unfair and like they could have made an alternative plan. I also couldn't use the pool on the 2nd floor either as they said it is unsafe when raining... but it wasn't raining anymore...

Onsen and location Can hear any sound coming from the hallway

I liked that there was an onsen onsite and they allowed tattoos The room we were placed in had some blood stains in the bathroom. When we told the front desk they moved us to a different room

It’s clean. 1. The sky lounge advertises lunch and there was no lunch. 2. The rooftop pool doesn’t open til 1pm and then is only open til 4pm. 3. It’s in an area surrounded by strip clubs 4. Breakfast was WEIRD. 5. Not one staff member said even a “good morning” or any greeting at all in either Japanese or English my entire stay there 6. The shuttle system is unclear 7. The room doors are weird. You have to use your key to unlock the door from the outside in order to lock the door when you leave. Also when entering the room, the door does not close on its own.

The room was clean and calm. It is not a huge bedroom but it feels cozy instead of crampy. Bathroom was clean and spacy. The onsen is great and it's included, ( with clothes to attend the onsen). We had breakfast ( not included in our fee) which had a variety of choices. Personnel were attentive and helpful! It offers a free shuttle to the airport ( 15 minutes door to door, quite frequently)

I enjoyed everything.

The best is its walking distance to the beach only 5 min walk. Small but that is normal is japan hotel

New Year morning breakfast was not cheap but it was excellent.

The onsen is fantastic! Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good value and helpful staff along with good amenities. Standard Japan quality as you would expect. Breakfast buffet is excellent too. Only downside is the location is a bit seedy with several establishments for ladies of the night in the neighborhood and you have to pass by them to get anywhere pretty much with men standing outside asking you to come in as you walk by entrances on the street. More of an annoyance but nothing terrible. Rooms are a little small for two people with luggage in a twin bed room.

I didn't expect so many soaps everywhere ?

The food and the onsen were great.
