エアコンの吹き出し口のカビがひどく、アレルギーで一睡も出来なかった。狭すぎてスーツケースも広げられない。

The breakfast spread had a wide variety but the menu did not seem to change much over the 4 days i stayed. easy to get a taxi to/fro airport. you can ask for early check in and pay extra for that. there's a family mart nearby. wifi was table. umbrellas are provided if you need it. my window faced a brick wall. i suppose that's fine if you keep the curtains closed anyway.

Perfect location, 15 minutes by local bus from the airport and 3 minutes walk to the main shopping street, Kokusai-Dori, without being noisy. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with slightly different dishes daily. Loved the fact that they had a lounge free for all guests to use where you could freely get drinks at almost any time of the day. The hotel and room are very clean and the staff are friendly. They kept our luggages before or check-in and after our check-out time, which gave us the freedom to enjoy the town hands free a little longer. They even brought our luggages up to our room once the room was ready for us after check-in time! Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Naha, Okinawa!

Very close to the main street filled with restaurants and cafes. The rooms were spotless and the staff were very nice. Always with a smile.

Nice to have coin laundry on site. It only takes 100 yen coins but detergent is automatically supplied. Front desk can provide change. If you have a van, the vehicle won’t fit in hotel parking but there is a parking lot next to the hotel. Not a complaint just sharing for information.

We had a Club room at this hotel which included an evening wine, beer, beverage and appetizer/small meal selection from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.. The staff at the hotel and the breakfast/evening area were very attentive. All food was excellent quality. The rooms were well designed, homey, comfortable, and adequately sized. The hotel is walking distance from the monorail, the shopping street, and the bus station. It was a very nice stay and we highly recommend this hotel. No complaints as all was excellent!

Location was absolutely fantastic! Easy walking to everything. Though the room was beautiful, it was also very tiny (had to get use to the confined space). I'm 6'3" tall and I was a little claustrophobic.

Connecting rooms worked great for our family! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean. This was the third place we stayed during our vacation and it was our favorite. Although smaller, the breakfast offered different options whereas the other two hotels had basically the same things. The coffee here was the best hands down. Parking was easy. Will stay again.

This is a great location, you can walk to most places easily including a stop on the monorail if you want to go to places further away. The staff went out of their way to help me celebrate my partner's birthday and make us feel special so 10/10 for staff here. I loved the breakfast and the cocktail offer for the club floors from 5pm to 7 pm each day with both delicious food and free cocktails. Well worth staying on one of the club floors for this deal. My biggest complaint about my room was that there wasn't any drawer space for clothing. I stayed for 6 nights and had a lot of folded clothes. I had to pile them on chairs and the chaise and it was a mess. I would have liked to have coffee each day but was only provided coffee for the first day.

The rooms in the property are good enough to accommodate a couple. Although not very big but bigger by Japanese standards. The room has all the facilities for a comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and the main shopping area and tour pick up points are very close. There are many restaurants in close proximity. Overall, a good place to stay. Nothing

Breakfast was good. The room is A LOT smaller than it appears in pictures. You have to pay for parking. Thankfully we only stayed a night.

Location is very convenient, staff are very helpful and friendly and has good English. Rooms are clean. :D It would be nice to have our two rooms closer to each other.
