The room is organised in a way that it’s tricky for two people traveling with many suitcases to have a comfortable stay.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. The breakfast spread was quite large. The hotel has niche amenities like a library lounge with free coffee. This was great for some quite reading. The hotel is a stone's throw away from Kokusai-Dori street, which is the most populous food and shopping district in Naha. The hotel has a weird policy of cleaning the room once every 3 days. They will provide fresh linen daily, but the room and bathroom cleaning will only happen once in three days. This is quite inconvenient if you accidentally make the room messy. You then need to wait multiple days before the room is cleaned.

Perfect location for exploring Kokusai Dori and surrounding areas. Easy to access public transit to get around Naha and back to the airport.
-
Location close to shopping area and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Beds were hard.

Location was great. Had no pool
-
Room was very well designed with lots of storage ledges, nooks, and closet. Spacious bathroom. Location is great, close to monorail and main shopping and dining area.

Blanket too thick, hardly to fall sleep as i keep sweating

The hotel is beautifully furnished with large luxurious rooms and situated close to the downtown area of Naha with several shops and restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast buffet is vast an of good quality. /

Absolutely nothing. It's perfect

The breakfast had a wide array of different types of food, but I think some additional stations for the very popular items (waffles, for example) might be helpful. I enjoyed the sweet potatoes, hash browns, and pastries that were available daily. The central location of the hotel made it incredibly fast and easy to secure transport to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was incredibly polite as well. There's a convenience store directly across the street, so anything you might need is very easy to get. I don't think there was much that I didn't like. The on-site laundry machines were kind of small, so you need to make sure to plan accordingly for doing laundry in smaller batches. The on-site restaurant was a little expensive for the quality, but I think you're really just paying for the convenience.

The breakfast was mediocre with limited choices. The food in general was not flavorful nor varied. It was also very crowded at the times we were in the dining room. The food could have been better prepared and more flavorful. The tastes were mostly bland. The water for tea was lukewarm, not hot. No decaffeinated coffees or teas. Limited fruit options. Baked goods were not varied nor plentiful.

Good location, closed to the train station & the main area. Room is very spacious. Good breakfast.
-
Great central location, and clean facilities.
-
Great location with easy parking. A block or two from Kokusai Dori.

This hotel was a great find. The staff were friendly and efficient, there is on site parking (although you pay extra for it), the hotel is very well appointed and manages to create a very resort-style space in the city. There is a nice library on the top floor to sit down and enjoy. The rooms are spacious by Japanese standards and they are very comfortable. They offer two pillows which is not common in Japanese hotels. The bathroom ameneties were nice. The breakfast was great. We were surprised at the options. The location is just off Kokusai street and it is still quiet and there are monorail stations nearby. We really enjoyed this hotel and could stay here again if we did another weekend getaway in Naha.
