Good location and huge room. Room was clean in general but some areas had debris on the ground and many hairs that didn’t belong to me. Sounded like there is a bar/club in the building with music you can hear all night. Hosts provided ear plugs but if you are a light sleeper, it’s something to be aware of. It woke me up one morning at 3AM

Great location near Kokusai Street and the room was clean and spacious, but the noise is unbearable. Clubs, bars, and karaoke go on until 5 a.m., and the windows are not soundproof at all — it feels like they’re open. No reception, so you can’t store luggage if you arrive early. Good room, but terrible location for anyone who wants to sleep.

We chose this location for the Naha Tug of War festival. It was very close to the festival. It was clean and very nice. The check in and check out process was horrible. The tablet would not accept any of my information. I had to call the number provided but no one spoke English. Eventually an employee showed up for us, but since no one spoke english we had no idea someone was coming. It also wouldn't let us check out so since we had already paid on booking.com we left and I left a message for the hotel.
