Room was clean and tidy. Split bathroom/toilet was also nice. We arrived early and they stored our luggage until we came back to check in. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

Great, clean and spacious room. Small kitchenette area. Only ~10min walk from the monorail station. The room is quiet at night. Able to do washing in the room - only needed to pay 60 yen for washing liquid from reception. No issues. Would stay again!

Very clean and well mantained. Good location to visit Naha ( walkable distance). Had coffee and okinawa at the lobby 24 hrs. Nice staff at reception. Rooms too small , but often like that in Japan

The staff was very accommodating when it came to locating English/ American friendly restaurants and services around the city. They provided genuine recommendations and made extra effort to be hospitable even during the holidays. The staff at all hours day and night, operated in a very professional yet friendly manner and ensured the best service for all who were staying there. I would recommended to anyone who wants to be able to relax and have peace of mind that the little things will be taken care of and the staff will go above and beyond to help however possible.

Location was great. Hotel bedrooms were a good size and very clean. Free coffee in reception. Two lifts. 20 min walk to the beach. Close to the bus station and metro tube. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast. Difficult of an evening to find a restaurant for 4/5 people- very booked up and last orders 9pm so you need to get organized early.

Great location, good size room, good shower, great breakfast included, complementary coffee & taste great. Good interior & very clean. Enough car park space. Small bed with bad mattress. Paid washing facilities. Up to $5 per load. Staff are a bit robotic.

Exceptional value! Short walk to monorail. Clean, quiet, breakfast included and the window is 6am to 2pm, so very flexible.

Stayed in the new building. Everything looked clean, nothing smelled and the linens was not irritating, despite the eco-cleaning policy. The room was spacious enough. Staff was fluent in English. Major transportations are within 15 minutes walk. Bit strict about the check-in time but a waiting area with drinks and luggage storage was offered. The soundproof was not prefect. The refrigerator was loud as well. The pillow was too soft to the extent of nonexistent.

The location is great. Close to restaurants, public transport, Kokusaidori Street etc. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There was a fridge, kettle, bath… just everything I needed. The staff advised me very well on tours, massages, .. also the included breakfast was great! As helpful and respectful as the staff were, a smile was rarely seen.

The room was very beautiful, modern and stylish and all of the necessary amenities were provided. The location is very convenient - close to the mono rail station and just next to a 7-11. The staff is very friendly and we found the offered breakfast super tasty. There was a bit of a dust on the shelf behind the bed.

Interesting design (concrete), very clean, comfortable bathroom. Very close to the shops (Lawson, 7 eeven) Very tasty soup on the breakfast ( you can choose from 6 kinds) available till 14.30! Several minutes from Motorail, close to shosp and restaurants Coffee available all day. Sometimes wifi was poor (but not all time). Lack of translation on English how to use pilot to air conditioner ( and other tools)

The hotel is in a good location. The metro is within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a very tasty Japanese-style breakfast. For us, the hotel was a good choice.
