Location. Room. Adjoining Room was very good. Bed was comfortable. noise was not blocked.

Awesome location with a lot of restaurants, convenience stores and monorail station near by. Parking at the hotel was great and very easy to come and go as needed. The room was small for 3 people, but very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom set up with separate toilet room. Good breakfast buffet, and the lounge area was the perfect place to relax and have a late night snack after a long day. On site laundry washer dryer combo worked great! Rooms definitely could use more hooks for hanging towels, clothing etc. A storage cabinet or dresser with drawers would have been nice.

Great location, excellent bathroom and shower, very clean, excellent maintenance. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was very quiet.

I booked the room with outdoor pool and balcony, which was quite nice, if not a little snug feeling. The shower was great and the hotel wasn't far (less than 10 min) from the buzz of Kokusai Dori Shopping Street I booked and paid for my room back in October of 2025, but the staff couldn't find my reservation when I went to check-in. I arranged to check-in early via Booking.com, but when I arrived they weren't aware of this. The photos online are using a wide angle lens, so the bedroom is much tighter than you might think. You'll feel a little cramped if you're traveling with lots of or large luggage. There was also a bit of an odor to the room when we first checked-in, but it dissipated as the A/C ran. If you're parking on-site, it's an additional maybe 10 USD and its the kind of elevator-stacked parking that the staff have to access for you, so its not a super easy in-and-out.

The property is well located in Naha, it was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are small and basic but comfortable, and there is a lounge with coffee and comfy seating if you need a bit more space. The staff was friendly and accommodating. N/A

Good location; about 10 minute walk to train station. There was a nice space to work and check emails at tables on the 2nd floor. Beds were very comfortable. Our family of 7 adults slept well. Not much storage space in the hotel room. No closets or drawers.

Close to everything. A lots of places to eat, and food and prices were much better than in Tokyo or Kyoto. Everything was great.

1)Shuttle bus to and fro hotel from airport and mall. 2) 7-11 store on site. 3) Really appreciate having the waiting area on site where I can rest and have a snack while waiting for shuttle bus after checking out. 4) a 24 hour convenient store super close to hotel 5) comfortable bed Carpet looks very old. Chairs in lounge looks old and run down.

Great customer service. The food for breakfast is amazing. Great local choices. Location is very accesible. It has a bus stop on the next block. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and pillow. They have parking which is convenient.

We arrived the hotel at 11-ish am and the check in time is 3pm. We would like to leave the luggage at hotel during our lunch nearby before check in. The staff rejected and said that there was no space for it. It would be more feasible for allowing the clients to place the luggage for few hours before check-in. The regulation is too strict.

Location was central to all the attractions. Breakfast option was good. Staff were helpful and great. Facility is clean and modern. Room was a bit small for 4 people.
