Nest Hotel Naha Nishi

Please, bear in mind 'last order 9.30am' as for the breakfast buffet means you cannot help yourself anymore after 9.30am even though you can stay at the dining hall until 10am. I learnt this the first day. I really thought 'last order' meant you couldn't order anything else from the kitchen starting from 9.30am. Also one morning I asked one of the receptionists to tell to the cleaner to remove the dust from the furniture of my room (I even showed her pictures) and this never happened. Last, I understand you want to close the breakfast buffet on time, but I felt too much pressure on the other guests and me to finish eating one day I showed up by 9am. First time I feel this at a hotel. I had been to three more all over Japan and it was the first time I felt so uncomfortable. Just mentioning all of this so that hopefully there can be some improvements.

hotel room is very clean, bed is comfy and the room is unexpectedly spacious. Location is not our concern since we rented a car to go around. There are 2 convenient stores near by. Im very satisfied with everything.

The location was absolutely fantastic since we were planning to take the ferry. Less than a 5 min walk to the port to take the ferry to Motobu, couldnt have asked for a better location! Bonus of having a washer as well but no dryer

Close to the airport and the Naha downtown, it is a pretty nice hotel to stay a couple nights. It is modern, but it's one of those nest hotels with small rooms that are intended to just stay the night. The room can feel quite cramped. Staff was really helpful with some requests. I think parking should be complimentary for hotel guests.

The carpets in the common area like lifts and corridors were very dirty and the upholstery in the rooms on the seating area could be cleaned more frequently.

It was clean and new, very efficient. I liked that it was close to convenience stores and had toiletries, a small fridge, and a water kettle. The room’s electricity is tied to the key card. So, the room was quite hot and so was the fridge when we arrived.

The staff were attentive, Cho and Arita at the front desk were very helpful. There’s a laundromat, Lawson’s and 711, right outside of the hotel. It’s about five minutes away from the near monorail station. The rooms are too small, even for Japan, even for Tokyo… but this is Naha. It’s un-defendable to have rooms so small. I won’t advise anyone to stay at this hotel for more than one night. Actually, I won’t advise anyone stay in trashy Naha more than one night, or at all…

Not gonna go into too much details but I dont understand all the good reviews about hotel being clean. Carpets all around the hotel need some serious deepcleaning. Also one of 2 USB ports in our room didn't work. In the end I did not feel like in 4* hotel, more like 3*.

There’s a Lawson next door and a 7-Eleven across the street, making it quite convenient overall. The hotel staff were very friendly, provided excellent service, and were very considerate. Other than the room being a bit small, there was nothing to be dissatisfied about. The parking spaces use a multi-story elevator system located behind the hotel, which is somewhat inconvenient.

It's new My family was assigned to different floor while the lift is operated by the room card. No extra card could be provided and makes my family very very inconvenient to travel across floors

The breakfast and the services were great. The bedroom was cozy, tiny but comprehensive, with bathtub! The location was very nice, closed to the monorail station with convenient stores nearby. Recommended!!
