It was a good and convenient place to stay before the airport. It’s close to the train stop that gives you easy access to other main areas. The breakfast buffet was also really nice and the rooftop pool was super cool.

The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious , the infinity pool is amazing. Nothing.

Good location. Fabulous new property. Gorgeous pool & enjoyed happy hour offering Breakfast was just ok

Cool entrance and nice staff. Bed was comfy and the room was cozy. -

Nothing serious but the pillows were not comfortable

The location and design of the hotel. The parking tower was especially helpful. There was not enough space for storing our clothes. My family and I were there for an entire week and had to keep opening and closing our suitcases every time we had to change clothes. I would recommend adding storage drawers underneath the beds and/or add shelves to the walls for storing items and clothes. Everything else was excellent!!

The location, the beds were too hard and the first pool needed to be cleaned ( a pile of black stuff was in the pool.

Location Perfect Staff friendly Sound Insulation perfect And they provide bottled water everyday All good

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly! Rooms were very clean and the facilities and breakfast were good as well. There was a typhoon incoming, so we had to leave earlier then expected, but the staff helped greatly to help us in every way, we did not want to leave yet, but we will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel!

Would have been better if it was a heated pool, but overall it was nice

We really love this hotel. It’s not in the center of NAHA but I think that’s why it’s quiet around the corner. However, there are many Lawson and 7-11! The swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing… there’s a place for little kids! The room is a little bit small, but for the price I think it’s ok.

Parking at the hotel is on the expensive side, but there are many convenient coin‑parking lots within walking distance, so it’s easy to manage.

The room was comfortable and spacious for three people. The sofa bed was really comfy and there was enough space for everyone. We also loved the location of the hotel, it was very easy to access and get around Naha. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well. Didn't get to enjoy the pool because it was raining, but we checked it out and it looked like it would have been a great place to relax as well. No complaints about this hotel, everything was what we expected and even better.

The AC was very loud

Cleanliness and close to train Pool bottom can use a good cleaning. Wish breakfast was longer hours an available for more people. Sold out for the first few mornings.
-
Very good! And it’s really near to everyplace that you want to go!

Beautiful property with wonderful lobby rooftop install, and rooftop pool There is nowhere to eat your own food except your hotel room itself. They don’t allow eating food in their top floor restaurant (when it’s closed after breakfast ends at 10a), in their lobby, or up at the rooftop pool. We had our one year-old with us, so it was very difficult when he was napping in our room to eat in the room as well. We ended up eating on our bathroom floor with the door closed for several meals over the duration of our day. It wasn’t the end of the world because it was so spectacularly clean, but definitely an inconvenience.

Decor and cleanliness
-
It was what I expected Ok as a 3 star

Lobby - lounge is inviting, spacious and tastefully decorated in minimalist style as are the rooms & exterior landscaping . Kimono/ pj set a nice touch Rooms ( dbl bed of 2 twins) for Westerners r exceptionally small with barely enuf room for 2 normal sized adults to move about. If u have more than 1 carry on sized suitcase u’ll b cramped! It’s PRICEY per sq foot. If ur looking for authentic Japanese lifestyle/ neighbourhood; this is FAR from it. CAR PARKING is 1800 yen.
