The room was great, a really good size, very comfy bed, the pools were nice, the location is super, the staff were wonderful, the breakfast was awesome. It was my second stay there, definitely go back again Not really anything

The location is convenient — about 10 minutes from the airport, which is practical for early or late flights. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained: lots of greenery, trees, birds, butterflies, and several pool areas. The resort feels calm and visually pleasant. The staff was friendly, smiling, and helpful. The beach is located across the road, which is convenient. If you are looking to sleep well before or after a flight, this is not the right hotel. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. You can hear everything — neighbors, outside noise — and your comfort fully depends on how quiet other guests are. The air conditioning is very old, extremely loud, and barely cools the room. It felt like staying inside an airport rather than resting. It is impossible to make the room completely dark. Light from outside comes through the bathroom window and cannot be turned off, which makes sleeping uncomfortable. Overall, the rooms and facilities are very outdated. While the exterior and landscaping are well maintained, the interior comfort is poor and clearly neglected. Despite being positioned as a resort complex, the lack of privacy, noise insulation, and basic comfort makes it unsuitable for rest.

the room was nice and clean, it wasn’t too full. there’s a lot of vegetation, it is taken care of by the resort and it looks great, the view from the room was very pleasant the resort is very far away from everything so there aren’t many restaurants around and they are more expensive. also there’s less to do there. the breakfast wasn’t that good, some of the food was cold

No hand towels provided and only one of the two rooms we booked were single rooms.

The breakfast was good Nice fruits and fresh. the polls are very good, there are 3 one more relaxed than the others. We staying n the room more far from the beach, so i suggest when you book to ask for that. the room where we stayed was far. the welcome drink is just a juice we thought could be something different.

Is a great location and is a hidden gem ? 7 minutes from airport is like a small Thai Village. Great beach restaurants and even has a mini Bangla Rd ? Excellent beach for kids and resort pools are great ? Perfect place for a few days before flying home. TV reception was pretty poor.

The hotel is directly opposite the beach, the small road is lined with restaurants, convenience shops and massage places. There are no loud music and party events so it’s very relaxing. Our room was cleaned everyday as was the pool which was a few steps from our room (207 is the best location) Breakfast was ok, plenty of options from salad, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, a Thai option and an egg station and the usual hot dog style sausage and ham We liked this place so much we extended another 6 nights and will definitely be back. I had nothing to complain about at all

Location is great. I thought I booked a different location and was put in the three story building on ground floor! It was extremely noises it backs up to a small road and quite a bit of traffic plus I think there were elephants above me! Next time will definitely want top floor!

The pool was great Room was OK but a long way to the entrance Long walk to the entrance . Too many people .breakfast was OK but crowded The Vera's small and on the 3rd floor

The proximity to the beach and restaurants Good size rooms Pools were very clean with lots of space for everyone Good value for money. Breakfast was a little crowded although the staff did their best to accommodate everyone
