Room was exceptional different then any other room in phuket location near beach and restaurants beauty of the grounds unique architecture Pool beds were too reclined not able to sit upright to view pool or children swimming

Beautiful decor and design, food was excellent. Noise from room above us was terrible and mirror in the toilet is strange.

Amazing hotel, really outstanding It is 10 min from the Airport but no noise It has literally everything you could dream of Amazing bathroom products 3 pools for all needs Activities for kids One of the best breakfast in Thailand Family room is a bit dark being on a ground floor so no view but you just need to reach the beach in 5 min to watch beautiful sunsets

The property was very beautiful, spacious and quiet. The pools were very relaxing. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfasts. We appreciated the gate to the beach area and that the beach was near the property and walkable. The beds were way too soft.

This is our 2nd time staying at The Slate, and it didn't disappoint. it's a beautiful hotel and the grounds are perfection. Unfortunately this time we were put in the I wing, which is a little older than the A wing which is where we were placed on our trip last year. The rooms in I wing seem to be a little older and smaller, but still equally as beautiful with decor, comfort and luxury. We love the location, with the beach and village of Nai Yang straight out the back gates, and we loved the big breakfast buffet and the pool area. The Reception team were very helpful in helping secure us a late checkout this year, which was very helpful as we had a 9:45pm flight and it made the world of difference. It's a shame they couldn't confirm this upon our check-in three days earlier, but at least they found us a room and even though we paid for the late check-out hours, it was great that they could provide this as guests in their hotel - it makes a big difference before a long-haul flight to have a room/shower, re-pack etc. the hotel has strong Wifi, three pools to choose from, is in a great location, and the rooms are comfortable, and smell amazing - so much so we bought three vials of their room essential oils to take home with us. Little things to make our stay slightly better would be to provide more tea/coffee in the rooms, and to offer a pillow choice, as they only have one big large flat/floppy pillow on the beds and when I asked for other pillows they only had one other choice with was hard memory foam pillows - so that would have made our stay much better to have had a comfortable pillow. The bed was also a little old and wobbly and the mattress was a little old/flat - but the pillow would have made a world of difference. Other than that - it's a stunning hotel, so we will be back! Would be great to have a pillow option other than the big Euro pillows on the beds. When i asked the staff to bring another pillow option, i was given a really full plump memory foam pillow - you don't seem to have something in between.

Breakfast was amazing and the location was great but most important thing of all the staff was phenomenal 100/100. The attentive and friendly staff team stood out more than the property itself and the property is beautiful. Everything was exceptional!

The location is great if you're planning to stay in Nai Yang, easy access to the public beach where you can find lots of nice restaurants, the swimming pools are good, great breakfast, amazing design for the room, staff are polite and helpful, overall a 10 out of 10 experience.This is the second time here, and will be back for sure. There was nothing we didn't like.

The breakfast was stunning- they had everything you could ever want, and everything was fresh. The pools were the perfect temperature, and we loved the proximity to the beach. The spa was incredible too. Allen was so kind and checked us in and helped accommodate our suitcases when we had a late flight after we checked out. Thank you so much!

The quirky décor of the hotel and the room was large, very comfortable and clean. There is easy access to the beach, beach towels and mats are provided and great choice of restaurants within the hotel and nearby. The staff are all brilliant.

Absolutely beautiful property Was not provided with much information was mostly just pushed to use the app. Had extremely loud neighbors above us and tried to use the app to let the front desk know that they were very noisy for nearly 2 hours in the evening and then again very early in the morning and no one responded and then the app said that it was off-line:(. Asked for bikes twice and did not get them although the occupancy rate seemed extremely low on the property.

This is our 5th stay at the Slate, location to the airport is excellent, the staff are always amazing, the breakfast is great value & we always love the rooms Only remark regarding the room would be the generator / AC unit outside was quite loud on this stay which is the only negative comment

The public beach is dirty and are full with sun beds of locals that are angry of you just want to sit on the public beach without paying them
