Loved the location and the cleanliness of the room ,the room attendant deserves my total gratitude for ensuring cleanliness standard is maintained . I booked a confirmed 2:00 AM early check-in, but arrived exhausted from my flight to find an abandoned, pitch-black reception. I am profoundly grateful to the security guard and the staff member who was woken up; their tiring efforts were the only reason I got a room. The next morning, the front desk heartlessly tried to charge me for an extra night because they don't understand how a 24-hour clock works. When escalated, the owner was viciously argumentative and blamed the booking platform instead of apologizing their technical illiteracy .She eventually dropped the extra night charge, but the emotional distress and hostile management were traumatizing. I expected a formal written acknowledgment and some apology for the owner's defensive behavior but my concerns were ignored .No customer service at all ! Ordered dinner as I was tired and the potatoes were not cooked, the chicken was burnt ,and the vegetables were still not well cooked .Overall the food at the restaurant was not good ,better order from nearby restaurants. Was often woken up too early by the staff noise of the construction going on inside the compound ,very unpleasant experience when you want to have some rest or early morning snooze.

The decor was very tasteful and stylish -- basically an African motif. The restaurant food was generally delicious. However, one night my wife complained that her chicken was underdone. The staff were very friendly. When I made our reservation, I specifically chose an option that said "Good breakfast included", even though, for our four- night stay, it was about $15.50 in U. S. dollars more expensive. When we checked in, the desk clerk said that breakfast was not included. I mistakenly thought he said "breakfast was included" because that is what I expected to hear. Later on, when were charged for breakfast, I complained to the same desk clerk that we paid to have breakfast included but were nevertheless still charged for it. Complaining did no good. We still had to pay for breakfast. Now, the hotel has eliminated the options to choose to not have breakfast included. All of the reservations options say that breakfast is included. Our room did not have a mosquito net. It wasn't as if a net wasn't needed. We killed ten mosquitoes during our stay, and my wife got bitten. The walls of the rooms are thin. The hotel is undergoing some construction. During the day, guests are sometimes subjected to the sounds of loud hammering or drilling. If someone in the next room, or in the corridor adjacent to the room, is talking, you can hear it. Finally, it was somewhat hard to lock the door to the room from the outside.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it.The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding - everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless and well maintained.i immediately felt comfortable and at ease. Safety was also clearly a priority which made my stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition .They were excellent - attentive ,efficient, and very consistent in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness . My room was quiet during the night but had some construction noise early morning which was Abit disturbing, but my room provided a perfect space to relax and rest .I also appreciated the good lightning which I had requested and was confirmed during my booking . Overall ,a wonderful experience with great attention to details and my needs. Early morning construction noise , very slow WiFi.

I loved the hotel’s vibe—an older building with a quaint feel, but modern rooms and Swahili decor. The staff were polite and welcoming. The rooms were very clean. The Indian food at the restaurant is amazing, and the outdoor restaurant area was a peaceful place to sit. It’s within easy walking distance of supermarkets, malls and restaurants too. The windows either didn’t open or didn’t have screens. When I opened them (because it was hot), mosquitoes came in and kept me awake at night. However, this was mostly remedied after I asked for a fan (which meant I didn’t need to open the windows as much).
