Everything. The place is beautiful, the setting is great but most of ALL the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. We unfortunately both got very sick most likely due to an outing where we ate some bad food, and even in the middle of the night everybody helped so incredibly well!!! Don't know how we would have done this without al the incredible staff.

The facilities are very clean and serene. The breakfast was great and with plenty of options offered. The hotel could possibly offer free airport shuttle or shuttle service to commercial centers nearby. The neighbor's barking dog can be a nuisance in the middle of the night.

Staff (especially Esther!) was extremely kind and helped me with some charger/battery issues I had. It's a bit further from the airport and the center than what I thought

All of the food was excellent. They do a lot of direct sourcing for food - really good quality. The rooms are hygienic and well put together aesthetically. They use unscented cleaning products, which gets super high marks for me. This is a family owned guest house in an absolutely stunning Nairobi neighborhood with lovely trees and great for bird watching. This was an excellent place for my work retreat. This was a better place to stay than the two 5 star top hotels I stayed at in Nairobi. I would only stay here in the future.

The friendly staff, beautiful gardens, clean and spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. Everything was wonderful.

An excellent and homey alternative to a hotel if you have to stay near Lavington. Fresh breakfast. The central house which was converted to the lobby and restaurant area is beautiful. Be ready for some noise from local stray animals, but nothing major. I had a standard room, and I don't remember seeing a desk in it. That is fine if you want to work from around the beautiful property.

The property is beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. It looks new and everything is well put together. The property is in a quiet suburb giving a feeling of peace and serenity. The staff was friendly, kind, and paid attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and the chef was on point too. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely hotel in every way - the grounds, the rooms, the staff. What a treat to stay there, away from the noise and bustle of Nairobi, yet easy to get around from by inexpensive Uber. I liked everything, especially the staff

The staff and chef were amazing at making my stay unforgettable. The grounds are breathtaking. There’s not much I didn’t like.

A great hide-away in Nairobi! The staff was so kind and did everything to please and help us. I will deffintely book this place next time I go to Nairobi.

Location friendliness of the staff made me feel very comfortable and special. They should have a kettle or coffee machine in the room for guests who would love to have hot drink in the room.
