Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money in a great garden area The naming was unclear on the site.. it was palm valley guesthouse instead of appartement.

A safe garden oasis in a direct busy city. A wonderful find! No complaints - it was refreshing and lovely.

The room was small but cozy. The location was beautiful and peaceful! I didn’t feel welcome in the common areas, unsure why. Otherwise the location and staff was something else!

Its location. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this is the place for you. Pin drop silence at night and you wake up to the birds chirping.

The serenity and fact that it’s well tucked away from the noice, hustle and bustle. The breakfast, A1. The staff are incredible.

Considering the budget price, we were expecting a budget experience. It totally exceeded our expectations. Clean towels & sheets, spotless bathroom. Television with Netflix subscription. Tea & sugar, with electric kettle. Small rooms with outside door, next to a residence in a high end gated community. Difficult to find because there were no signs (probably due to gated community). Hint: As of 2024, It is a yellow metal gate just past an intersection where the road turns downhill. The overhead heater for the shower is off or on with no thermostat, so you have to adjust the water output to adjust the temperature.

We likes Palm Valley a lot! It was a lovley garden, Calm, good breakfast and we are so happy we stayed here!

The location was perfect. Quiet area of town in a private high-end estate. The room was beautifully presented more like a 5 star type of room. Lovely shower, the bed was really comfortable. Parking was private within the compound. Has beautiful gardens. It's easily accessible. I will be coming back again next time. ?? Nothing not to like. Excellent stay.

Although we booked the single room which is really good for one person, it was also good for two. We had a great time. It's safe, it's clean. Although it's in the middle of Nairobi Kilimani/Lavington, it's really quiet. Almost no traffic noises. It's a compound with amazing houses.

Fantastic location, very comfortable , great access, secure Everything was great except for one member of staff, fantastically pompous and completely inept in his duties. Thankfully spoke to another member of staff about my experience who then contacted management and I was able to air my concerns. The fact that other members of staff were able to not only help but also take action immediately to allow me to speak directly to management balances my experience . One person with a terrible attitude almost spoilt the whole experience, and I feel the importance to mention that and I hope management does take some form of action , because he almost ruined a perfect stay

Breakfast was tasty and filling. Adding beans and vegetables and YOGART would make it classic. Adding a gluten free option say Location was spot on for me who was working in CBD I didn't like there not being an option to order lunch or dinner.
