The staff was friendly and cooperative. The apartment is a gem, it is spacious with 3 bathrooms with one of them having a bathtub. The swimming pool was nice to try. The neighborhood didn't seem the best, broken roads and a bit shady specially in the evening. There seems to be a generator or a water pump running sometimes around 8-10 pm that irritated me a bit.

I didn't have a negative experience.

Location is ok. The apartment was huge. The kitchen was basically useless. Empty cabinets and drawers. The entire apartment was run-down. I understand that standards in Kenya are different from those in Europe, but staying in other accommodations in Kenya, it is widely known how to run an apartment. It was quite dirty also, a deep cleaning would make a difference.

Location is great, apartment is vast, clean, and well laid out. Well-equipped, very comfortable and homey. Staff is terrific. Had several problems with wifi. However, the staff was very persistent and eventually got it working well.

I love that the property was centrally located to many of the places I wanted to visit, such as: the National Museum, the City Market, the Masai Market, and downtown Nairobi. The only issue of concern/dislike that I had about the property was that I went into the kitchen one evening to make some tea, and when I turned on the lights, roaches were everywhere: on the counters, in the cabinets, and in the drawers. I told the receptionist about the problem. She upgraded my apartment for one (1) night while the staff fumigated my apartment. The following evening, I returned to my apartment. There were a few stragglers in the kitchen. The following morning, there were a host of roach carcasses on the kitchen floor. The staff made sure the apartment was cleaned every day, If it wasn't for the roach incident, I would have given this property a much higher rating. The staff were very professional and friendly.
