Day one the bathroom was not cleaned but following day it improved I guess since I checked in late maybe the cleaners had knocked off but this can improve in future

However, the hotel does have significant drawbacks such as the absence of aircons and bar fridges in rooms, and major plumbing problems with the showers that if left unaddressed, override the positive aspects. The absence of air-conditioning units and bar fridges in the standard rooms, coupled with significant plumbing issues in the shower that resulted in leakages after every use, are notable drawbacks. These three challenges are significant and need to be addressed if the hotel wishes to attract and retain guests. Additionally, while not necessarily a deal-breaker, the lack of gym and spa facilities may be worth noting for potential visitors who value these amenities.

The property was located within close proximity of a shopping mall. No aircon and no bar fridge for the rooms , for the price paid per night these would have been good facilities.

location The staff Odilia lacks people skills, courtesy and is RUDE in her response to queries The room had no water in the bathroom and I had to wait for 30 minutes to get a different room to shower in. The bathroom lock was defective and it locked up-I could not access the toilet in the night. Thus was resolved past 8am.

I was hestitant due to the poor rating of this hotel but it was much better than expected. The water in the shower was somewhat cold and the room somewhat small but it was a nice and clean room and in a good neighborhood. The hotel was overpriced but it was a good hotel in a nice neighborhood. But I think it's poor rating is only due to it being slightly overpriced.
