We had great experience with the team at Hyatt Nairobi. Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and excellent service made our trip truly memorable. A nice, modern hotel with a great location. The rooms are new, well-decorated, and comfortable. The food is tasty and of good quality. Very secured area and hotel. Be aware that there is a construction site in front of the hotel. I chose a room facing inward to avoid the noise. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay—something that should have been communicated in advance. The mall next door is disappointing so don't count on it.

Service was incredible. Unfortunately I fell ill during my stay but the staff looked after me so well, almost like I was a member of their family. The food was also quite good. Lights in the room switched on on their own sometimes. It happened while I was sleeping so it woke me up. Also there was no dim light or night light in the bathroom so bright lights in the middle of the night would make it harder to go back to sleep. AC didn’t cool as well sometimes and settings were locked so couldn’t reduce the temperature or increase the fan speed.

Breakfast was quite boring - not much choice and very limited interest. The bathroom in my room was shockingly dirty- black mold, tile was stained and grimy.
