New property The socket at the table next to the couch wasn’t able to fit my laptop charger. It’s a flaw in design. Secondly, at night, after all the lights are switched off, there was light seeping in from the bottom of the main door. So that was a bit annoying. The breakfast should include some South Indian food as well - like dosa, Vada sambhar

We spent my wife's birthday at the JW Marriott and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was stunning, breakfast was fantastic, and the spa facilities (steam & sauna) were top-notch. The complimentary birthday cake was the cherry on top. Good: room, swimming pool size, breakfast, gym, sauna & steam room, confirmation for late check out (2pm) Bad: swimming pool temperature (so hot - it impossible to swim, around 40C), room cleaning and mini bar - not replenished (5 nights with 1 piece of soap!! Cmon JWM!), front desk is asking for the key cards to return on checking out (and key cards are not even branded)

Elegant, posh exquisite. Breakfast was top top notch. So many different spaces to hang out in. D pool area Mughal restaurant, steak bar, roof top pool wowww. None.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome.

The fridge in the room is not cold enough. I don’t think I can safely store food in it (yogurt, etc.). The breakfast and lunch was good, but i suggest adding traditional items as options.

Don't think twice. The best most luxurious hotel in Nairobi and the breakfast was world class. Everything was perfect. I have no complaints.
