Breakfast was good and adequate. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Gym was well equipped. There was a variety of cable TV channels. Staff were nice, polite and helpful. Security is taken seriously. I struggled with noise from moving cars on the expressway. There is a clear need to invest in soundproofing. My room didn’t have an iron.

Breakfast is one of the best, fabulous range of quality foods and changes daily. Room was a good size and well appointed. Bed was big and comfortable, Pool was a modest size however warm and pleasant. Staff here are what sets it apart, they were all pleasant, professional and provided wonderful service always with a smile and alacrity. . Hot water to ensuite fittings took a while to come through and spluttered a bit in the process.

The premises were very well appointed, clean and orderly. The ambience was active yet peaceful. The staff were attentive and very friendly and helpful. Carolyne in particular at the front desk was extremely supportive and switched on to guest needs. The lighting could be a bit dim in the mezzanine lounge and a bit tricky if you want to read.
