Heri Heights always feels like home away from home. it's close to the city but very quiet surrounding, and the ambience around the property especially due to the trees and vegetation just makes you melo down.

I can’t think of any. Before the trip, I got messages from the hotel. They told me that there was no apartment style that I booked because there were one previous customs decided to stay two more nights on the spot. I didn’t understand why I was also responsible and affected for other guests’s sudden decisions. Why on earth I need to bear this inconvenience just because other guests decides to check out late suddenly. They should change the room, NOT us! It turned out they gave us two rooms with one bedroom. This caused us a lot to inconvenience because we only had one luggage and I needed to go back and forth to take my stuffs. Till right now, I still don’t understand why. Besides, after the trip, they messaged me again. They said I accidentally packed the bed runner. So, I emptied my luggage but found no bed runner at all. After I replied them, they told me their housecleaning people found it. So ridiculous!

Location and ambience. Reception staff. 1. Not getting originally booked 3 bedroom apartment. Told unavailable one day before arrival. 2. Not being told that the swimming pool was unavailable, under maintenance, even when asking staff for directions to it. 3. Uncertain wifi connection. Not always working.

Customer service was really great and the property was nice. We just didn’t like the pillows which were not so comfortable but it’s not a big deal though. Our stay was wonderful.

Quite and lovely view from balcony After 7 pm there is only one person in the complex and he has limited capability to assist. So if your locker, geyser or house phone does not work u wait till morning when staff arrives. Internet is available but weak and patchy

The price is reasonable because it includes breakfast. The place is old, and doors are mostly deteriorating. It is an apartment set up in which the toilet is far from the bedroom. There is no air-conditioning and no fan to cool down the room when it gets a bit warmer.

Fortunately, we had chosen a comfortable hotel in a beautiful area of Nairobi for our first stay in Kenya. For four adults, a two-story apartment with its own kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms was a perfect option. The location was extremely secure, quiet, and green. The hotel itself was modern and stylish, and the garden was a beautiful, species-rich oasis. Thanks to this hotel, our two-week trip started off wonderfully. The breakfast could have been better—looking back, after staying in nine different places in Kenya, I can state this confidently.

The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast location and pool looked really great! We never used the pool due to the numerous issues we faced. I booked a large family suite 8 months before arriving in Nairobi. Upon check in, I paid for the total plus extra beds (a whopping 30/bed per night), and THEN the receptionist told me that we don't get the room I booked well in advance because whoever was in the room decided not to check out on time. They then split my family into two rooms that were not near each other. Worse, one of the rooms had a roof leak that they had clearly tried to patch up previously. We were promised by the receptionist that the person in the suite would check out the following morning at 10:00am. However, when I got to the desk in the morning, they told me "that person decided to extend their stay and we aren't going to remove them because they've been coming to our hotel for two years." This is horrible service, especially when I booked this room 8 months prior! It was absolutely unacceptable, so my whole family of EIGHT people had to move to another hotel. I did not get my refund on the rooms for a week and never was refunded the whole charge for 4 nights of bed rental. I even had to dispute the charge with my credit card since this hotel stopped communicating with me about when I'd get my refund and how much it'd be for. I do NOT suggest this hotel for anybody because they have favorites and will kick you out, lie to you about it, and manipulate you to stay.

The property was clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. We booked this a while back and made sure to make them aware that we have a baby but when we arrived we found that our room was on the very top floor making it hard to go up and down with a small baby and luggage. Breakfast was very poor and staff were not helpful at all. The water was also cold in the shower.

Good location and breakfast. Size of the appartments is good. Comfortable beds to sleep. Hotel could not privide a room that was booked 8 months in advance, they provided an option not convenient for us. A lot of things in the room not working at all: fridge, kettle, TV with no remote controller. Staff couln't help to repair it.
