We had a great experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped, the staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us recommendations on what to do around the city. The location is very convenient and we were impressed by the hotel security. Nothing

Very good
-
It’s a very good hotel/residence living up to the Radisson Blu brand. All the staff I interacted with were excellent. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Not having airport shuttle and minibar

Perfect Nothing

We were told we were not captured as members of the Radisson Blu family. I am honestly wondering why, we have checked in without any of the benefits and asked to register again as membership. We took a longer period to check in and finally settle in. I didn't like that my membership as advised dint reflect here In kigali

This was an amazing hotel
-
Excellent staff, never felt this well attended and taken care of. Special shout out to Milton - exceptional service!
-
It seems that staff are not consistently available at the gym or spa. When issues arise—such as water running out in the sauna—or when clients need information, they may have to wait a long time or may leave without being assisted.

Clean, quiet and peaceful Nothing
-
The architecture and the cleaning, the smell also Nothing

Very clean, and and safe location. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Easy communication the whole time. The bathroom shower door would leak and water would seep out from underneath
-
Location: close to Westlands, Kileleshwa and CBD, right next to Arboretum. Difficult to get in and out, no room for cars to turn around in front of the hotel.
-
The spacious suite The staff asked us to pay for breakfast even though it was included as complimentary in the booking. They took a lot of time to reconfirm that which caused us delay for the flight. I had submitted my room card and asked the receptionist to check us out and then went to eat breakfast. They had a lot of time to figure out if the breakfast was included or not.

I love staying at the Radisson Blu Nairobi - the staff feel like family by the end of the stay and the amenities and service are top tier. I love the comfort of the rooms, especially after a long travel. One of the kindest hotel teams I've met.

This was great stay for my large family. Food was amazing, facilities perfect. Gym absolutely top notch. Hotel management and staff was awesome. There were some mistakes but they were reactive and super fast. I need to thank night shift manager for his fast response when some guests were so loud. He did an amazing crisis management job. We will be definitely back. Location is perfect for all Nairobi short trips. Check-in in the morning could be faster. We had large group and it took long time. But staff was very friendly
-
Wow this place was lovely - staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating . Food was superb and the access to the Business Lounge was really great. John (valet) and John the Driver were great!! We are really struggling to think of anything that could be improved on and there was certainly nothing we didn't like. Keep up the great work as we will definitely be recommending and staying at this hotel when we travel to/through Nairobi.
-
Very nice facility that allows for total relaxation. The cost everything is too expensive. Everything is an inflated extra charge. It’s not a place to stay unless you have some money in your pocket.
-
If you looking at cost, this place is definitely not for you. Expect to pay a pretty penny. From accommodations to food and any services.
-
Their recommendation for Safari Seekers completely ruined the safari experience. It felt like they just sent me there for commission

Amazing staff, very deliberate management who cares about customer experience, delicious food at breakfast, spacious clean and large rooms, good facilities with heated pool and gym, and great massage The dinner restaurant could have faster service and food was not great. Not directly about the hotel but there was some construction on going which meant we hit traffic on the way in and got stuck for a long period of time
