The room was clean, the smart TV worked well and offered a good selection of channels, including coverage of the World Cup matches. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, soups, salads, pastries, coffee and tea. I booked and paid for a 433 sq. ft. Superior King Room with a city view, but room 906 was considerably smaller (about 300 sq. ft) and had virtually no view; after complaining, I was moved to room 404, which had a city view but appeared even smaller (about 250 sq.ft). The shower temperature control was extremely poor, leaving the water dangerously hot, while frequent elevator breakdowns and loud renovation noise caused further inconvenience. Considering the price and advertised five-star standard, the overall experience felt closer to a 2.5-star hotel, and I would choose a reliable international hotel chain next time that are priced similarly but are far superior.

Room service took over an hour to arrive.

Staff were kind and responsive. The room was not equipped with some of the essentials such bathing robes, toothpaste and toothbrush.

Staff were nice, quiet location, and good service. I had cold food one time.

After an all night flight I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and tried to stay awake until the check in time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed me to enter the room early so I could sleep. Thank you. Everything was very nice, modern and clean. Had dinner there and it was good - chicken tikka masala. The bathroom did not have an outlet which is not a big problem but it would have been nice.

We booked 2 twin rooms (4 adults) through booking.com upon our arrival, at checkin, they mentioned they didn’t have two twin rooms. Someone forgot to do their job it seems. Staff response could be better they wasted a lot of time doing simple things, ie the door key was constantly not working and it took ages to get it resolved. By checkout the matter was still unresolved.

Everything was perfect, I've been to other Pridein hotels, they are equally great, but pridein Azure exceeded my expectations. Coming back in the shortest time possible ?? How can we not, they even upgraded our room?? All the staffs are good, my highest recommendation goes to Faith, who welcomed me, helped to show me to my room, too me round the hotel, aaah, she's such a darling. Thank u so much Faith ♥️♥️ Nothing........ Everything was perfect ?

The rooms were worth the price

Jane and Oscar were exceptionally kind to us. We were just from our wedding and they graciously upgraded our experience to enhance our honeymoon experience. We really enjoyed the large variety offered during breakfast. The staff was also very responsive to our enquiries and gave us the assistance we needed even after leaving the facility. We are surely planning a comeback. Nothing

I know for a fact that I left my headphones in the room, I asked the hotel to check the room, and they were insistent that there were no headphones left in the room. I didnt have them with me, nor in any of my bags, so take that information and do with what you will with it.

The sun exposure of the swimming pool is great! The general layout of the hotel is great The water was cold in the shower. The carpets in the room seem worn out. The staff at the front desk at check in were overwhelmed with little help. The balcony on the 11th floor was very very dangerous and there were children. With fireworks and activity, we left out of fear of one of the children falling off the 11th floor. They also did not reiterate the breakfast hours so we missed it all together. Maybe consider later hours considering the guests will sleep in after the new year arrives. 10am for New Years day with children is not practical. Consider 12 noon.

Breakfast was good, there is someone who cooks eggs to order too. An ok variety of other dishes are available also. The room is pretty good although dated. There are no USB ports, but the sockets are type G with compatability with US versions w/o the ground prong. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to supermarkets, barbarshop, ATMs, and food. No tissue box in the room. At one point I heard what sounded like a mobile phone on vibrate mode, so I checked around the bed thinking someone could have left theirs in or around the bed, however there was no phone, but there were what appeared to be food packaging under the bed. I think the phone could have been from the next room.

Excellent service, breakfast was amazing. Noise during the day but I understand that is temporary with construction.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated that the entrance and driveway of the hotel were secured, which made us feel safe at all times. The reception was pleasant and professional, and the overall location of the hotel was convenient for getting around Nairobi. The rooms were quite old, although they were clean. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The value for money was disappointing, as the overall quality did not justify the price in our eyes. In addition, the power went out frequently during our stay, and the hotel did not have a generator, which caused a lot of inconvenience.
