A lovely budget hotel with beautiful decor, very good breakfast and an amazing staff who are most attentive and supportive of guest needs. The housekeeping staff seemed scarce after check in.

Feel history and calmness. Vegan breakfast.Pretty garden. Almost nothing. If I would say, I would definitely come back if the shower is not fixed but removable shower.

It was calm and relaxing. We really loved our stay there, especially the first breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. The service was welcoming, understanding, and warm. Mr. Emmanuel, especially, is the kind of person everyone should have in their life. ? The hot water wasn’t working properly. Although the staff made efforts to fix it, we unfortunately didn’t have hot water throughout our stay. We eventually stopped reporting it. The toilet also used up all the water in the tank with every flush, so we had to wait for it to refill each time.

"The breakfast is good, but we are from Ethiopia and are currently observing a fasting period. As a result, it is difficult for us to find suitable fasting foods that are free of animal products. I really like the environment, and I am very satisfied with the way your staff communicate. They are friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to.

It’s clean and comfortable and location was also good . Staff was friendly , I didn’t have change to pay for driver , so they helped me. It’s comfortable place for 1-1 days There was no cap and kettle in the room , water was cold .

I liked the location and staff. The rooms were nice. No kitchen to store cold drinks.

We had such a comfortable stay here and ended up extending 4 more nights. The staff were very sweet, and breakfast was super good. It was changing everyday and fresh! Nice rooftop bar just few mins walk away and cheap uber ride to go to Westgate mall. This place was such an oasis!

Breakfast was good, but it should be ameliorated by including divers foods this would be good. Hotel has not plan B in case of power outage. - Recommend the hotel to have a generator to support in case of power outage. - WI-FI should be also ameliorate because it is unstable.

Comfy room that was serviced every day, shower had hot water, breakfast was good, good restaurant/bar and staff was very nice and accommodating, especially Emanuel, the very nice young man working the front desk.
