The step up into the shower so close to the toilet. Getting out you need to step down about 7 or 8 inches and could potentially lead to a slip or fall due to not having a lot of clearance space.

Loved the stay!! The staff was very helpful from the get go. Very kind and informative. The rooms have everything you need: comfy beds, good and warm shower, everything pristine clean, and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast could have been better. It was not lousy, but it could definitely improve with better fruit and more options. It was a little bit difficult to realise the hotel was inside the building. Oh, it could be cool to have Netflix logged in, but that is just nitpicking.

The outside might make you a little nervous about the quality but the hotel room was great for my two teenage children and myself. The room had three twin beds that were very comfortable. There was a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and kettle, large windows with a view. Breakfast was basic and may kids like the pancakes and the coffee was delicious. The best part is the location. It is near two different malls both within walking distance. It fit exactly what we were looking for. Sarit Centre has a movie theater, Carrefour and lots of other stores. The lobby looks run down and could do with some paint and updated chairs. The area is large but doesn't feel very welcoming.
