Safe neighborhood, big bustling hotel that was the center of a lot of movement and action. We stayed here twice. Good breakfast and good launching point for group tours and safaris. We paid more money for the bigger suite-style room with two separate beds. The front desk was overwhelmed but we had to go back three different times — first because it wasn’t cleaned, second because we didn’t get two separate double beds, and finally I realized it wasn’t worth my time even though I paid extra for the extra space. That was disappointing because we stayed in the suite the first time we stayed here. But the second time, I’m not really sure what happened. Even when showing the booking on booking.com, they still didn’t give us the room.

Every thing but the very slow speed of the food service hence the seven star rating instead of 10 All food services were slow but dinner took 2 1/2 hours and appetizers arrived with dinner

On the positive side, the gym was well-equipped, and the spa was the highlight of the property. Hilda, in particular, has truly therapeutic hands. I would consider booking again primarily for the spa experience Breakfast was quite basic with limited options. A wider variety of hot dishes and perhaps some live counters would have been expected. A’la carte orders also took quite some time to arrive, which could be improved.

They have given 2 bed for 3 person while it was clearly mentioned triple room. Room size is also very small. No shower curtain so you can’t take shower, mineral water price is very high than Boulevard. TV, intercom don’t work and no action after complain,

Was close to many things They were very upset that I did my reservation on booking.com. And despite having free breakfast they charged me $30 per day for breakfast.

Nice hotel with great character. Nice staff and cute rooms. Benard Ochola, Duncan and Fridah were really nice and helpful. They made our stay wonderful . The gym and steam room are great too! We loved it and Paul and the staff there were also wonderful. Nothing.

The staff are friendly and the breakfast was just okk. The rooms and bathrooms need to be refurbished and the entire hotel sprayed. The 1st room I was put up in had cockroaches. I was transferred to another room but all the same, guests shouldn't have to have such an experience. The toilet, sink and showers all need to be replaced - they are old and browning. The rooms are stuffy and the lighting could be changed as well. All the meals I ordered for weren't prepared well. Breakfast was the only meal that was just okk.
