Staff was friendly and professional. We were able to get massages, restaurant and bar on location. All questions were answered. The front desk as well as all the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. No air conditioning or ceiling fan but a floor fan was provided.

The location, was convenient with good surroundings. The room was clean and well arranged. The place is quite and relaxing. Good selection available on breakfast. Staff are welcoming and helped me greatly within their limit with my car incident problem. The noise of guest who were partying at the lobby.

Need to improve the cleanliness of house keeping. Hand wash basins not so clean and general room cleanliness needs to be improved

Check in was very smooth, the staff were very kind and the suite was extremely comfortable and very neat. Breakfast was exceptional, very delicious and many options to choose from. Lack of AC in the rooms! it was too warm and i had to ask for a fan which i got immediately. Thanks to the attentive staff

The food was average and didn’t quite meet expectations. The TV selection was limited, and it would be great to have the option to stream content. The gym was particularly disappointing, with very limited equipment, and the treadmill was squeaking during use, which made it uncomfortable to run.

The staff was incredibly nice and sweet and helpful! The hotel is very outdated. it is remodeled but it needs a complete renovation since it is easy to tell the hotel is very old and they tried to make it a bit new.

The room I stayed in was dusty which had me sneezing and the first night was uncomfortable .I informed the reception team and the house keeping team as well and they thoroughly cleaned it which made my second night easier

The amenities were good and our needs were met. This hotel provides good value for the price charged. I highly recommend it. The buffet definitely needs some inspiration. Was not impressed with the offerings.
