The location is great! Right next to other restaurants, banks, hospitals, and easily accessible from the CBD. The staff were polite and friendly It's just ok, probably make the bedside mat nicer

Mosquitoes.

The staff was good Place is a little out dated
-
The breakfast is very OK Beautiful area

I would have booked longer if not for some super loud customers (in the bar?) and the front desk didn't do anything about it despite multiple requests even after midnight
-
Close to the city. Nice hotel! I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

We stayed here for six nights. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They helped us with an early check in, allowed a late check out at midday and even carried our suitcases to our room. Breakfast was good with a few different options to choose from. There was always hot showering water, the elevator worked, and the bed had a mosquito net. The location is also convenient, not far from Nairobi CBD, and there is security at the gate. The hotel tells you to call reception if you need anything, but our experience was disappointing. On two different days, in the evening, we had to call for basic items, once for water that had not been replenished, and once for toilet paper (since only half a roll was provided and no extras). Both times, reception answered and said they would send it up, yet after waiting nearly an hour with no response, we had to go and collect it ourselves. In addition, the bathroom was consistently missing essentials. Each day a type of towel was absent, sometimes the hand or face towel, sometimes the bath mat. We only received a bath mat on our final night. Another point to note is that the lounge rooms are either at the bar with music or outside where it can be noisy, so its not ideal for a quiet space to relax

The location and the price and the services One or small thing with hygiene
-
Clean,quiet Serene environment.
-
Good variety. African Tea not readily available - had to order from the kitchen each time.

The room was freezing, and the overall vibe of the place was awful—it makes you want to leave the moment you step inside. The view from the room was just a gray brick wall, which added to the depressing atmosphere. Another issue was the checkout time. On Booking.com it clearly states that checkout is between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. I even asked the receptionist to confirm this, and she told me I could stay until 11:00 p.m. if I wanted to. I politely declined, saying it wasn't necessary—but despite this, they still made me leave by 12:00 p.m. This was disappointing and unprofessional.

Location and early check-in adaptability No separate table to open the luggage

Super polite staff who were alwsys available to assist with anything. Food was awesome! Great variety and fresh.

I loved the buffet breakfast when it was available. The staff are also very polite and friendly. I did not like the noise from neighbors. I think the hotel should emphasize that it is important to maintain silence at least after 10pm.

It is a good location. The water was off for several hours. It is kind of tired. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent very accessible & easy to go around( you can even walk to CBD too) right next to Nairobi hospital. We got a deal off booking for half board & it was worth it. The meals we had (Kenyan special) were well prepared & tasted great & the breakfast was descent. Not forgetting the stuff, super helpful. Gets a bit chilly as a huge block was erect right next to the hotel so the hotel is in a shadow but they offer extra covers. The facilities are not new but they are very clean.
