Good internet connection

it’s a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable with very nice employees. It's in a convenient location. Nothing - no negatives!

Rest food wasn't great. Not fresh

We had to change rooms 3 times due to faulty facilities. And we refused the fourth time But the staff were really good and helpful. It was rather frustrating. We had to change rooms 3 times. First room was smelly. Second room didn't have Wi-Fi. Third room had faulty shower and no TV, intermittent Wifi. When they asked me to change the fourth time, I refused and tolerated our lacks. The owners need to maintain the property but are obviously neglecting it.

Mosquitoes in room

It was a very comfortable place to stay with a nice shower with unlimited hot water. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast is always so good. Big ups to the Chef. There was so much noise coming from the other rooms. I just really needed a quiet evening. People literally shout regardless of the nearby guests around.

This was the second time I stayed at the After 40, and it was as comfortable as I remembered from the last time. I enjoyed the breakfast and the unique view from the dining room. Also, the hotel is in a very convenient location, right downtown. The staff are competent and kind. I also booked a conference room for two days, and found the facilities and service to be good quality. My colleagues had issues with mosquitos on a lower floor, though I did not have any problem on floor 8.

All are perfect. The staffs are so nice and feel safe. They provide all of the information when the customer need. The staffs are kinds and good hospitality. Highly recommend.

When I booked the room, it shows room size is 430 square feet but room sizes are around 150 square feet only. Room was so bad. I told them to change the room and they changed it after a day. Linen were so dirty. Cockroaches, mosquitoes are common to see in the room. We couldn't sleep due to mosquitoes in the room. We requested them to rovide us fan and they provided us only in the last day during our 3 nights stay. It was our first visit in Nairobi and it was like nightmare. It is not worthy at all as we paid. We don't recommend to stay this hotel.

Location and value. I wish I had a bit more of hot water and better TV quality but those little things were not that important.

The location was great, especially for us as two females from South Africa. The rooms were very.clean, as well as the bathroom. TV had no decent channels, and the worst part, when I asked for a bit of milk for my coffee, I was told they have to charge me. I'm a frequent traveller, and never did I have to pay for milk.

Breakfast was very good The fact that the rooms did not have air conditioners.

The personeel is professional and friendly. Customer care is really good. It was my second time staying here. I sure will come back next year Nothing
