The safe in the room did not have batteries and there was no creamer for the coffee.

Excellent but expensive breakfast buffet. Rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. I felt the location was sketchy but that might just be the norm for Nairobi.

Especially Joseph at Gym - unique man. He loves Sankara, and live customers. Profi. Food at Romania unfortunately not hotel level. Breakfasts - absolutely unbelievable. And coffee - ☕️ one of the best espresso ever (may be only in Columbia drink better). Start smell from 5:30 on 4th floor with breakfast prepared food.

They are very generous with Check.out time, allowing ample time to get ready. Similarly they breakfast time is also well extended Not a dislike, But il wish smaller portions for breakfast..and wider range. The breakfast though is very great, wide variety and huge portions.

From arrival to departure, we were well looked after by very attentive staff. The location is convenient, just across the street from a shopping mall. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and a good selection of pastries, all freshly made and carefully displayed, making the best use of a relatively small space. We had a room with executive lounge access, which was worth it because food on order and drink selection during the happy hours are great value and quality. The hotel has 24hr (1!) room service with food of dining-in quality. Graze Steakhouse located within the hotel premises is a must to dine in. They use all locally sourced ingredients – meats from Laikipia county of Kenya – with side dishes and desserts to die for. wifi connection instruction was not very clear at arrival, even though I managed to figure out on our own

Comfortable room, and excellent service. No outlet in the bathroom.

In general I like the hotel, when I worked in Kenya I used to stay here, and I had fond memories. But my taste must have changed. The room we stayed at in seemed dark and old. Not really a luxury experience. The design of our room was not up to the level we were expecting. The roof top was also not as inviting as I remembered it.

N/a Arriving at 3 a.m. they declared that i had no room despite of my booking two months earlier of the arrival and their several confirmations. They transferred me to anotger hotel where i still had to pay from my pocket. As i realized patwd they ecen didn't charfe my CC knowing in advance that i'd be thrown away. Was not so pleasant experience...

The staff were amazing, food was wonderful in all of the restaurants and the rooms were spacious and clean. The rooftop bar/restaurant with pool was a great little place to hang out on your own. The music volume of rooftop bar at the weekend was far too loud and didn’t stop until 4am.
